Close Up Friday and Snowstorm!

Georgia

Tillie
My eyes are not different colours.
It's reflection and lighting!!
My eyes are light green.

Mickey

This is a video of the storm we had yesterday.
It came and went quickly and we are glad!
The snow stopped after supper and
then it started to warm up.

Mom put some birdseed out for the birdies.
We think the chickadees liked it!!

President Obama was in Ottawa,Canada today.
On the way home ,he stopped to buy Canadian cookies.
The bakery owner would not take President Obama's,
money because the cookies were for his children and he
said he would not eat them before he got home :)

Tillie, your eyes look like jewels! And I bet those birdies were very happy that your mom put some seed out for them in that blowy snow.

That was nice of the bakery owner to give those cookies to President Obama for his kids. They look delicious and I know I would enjoy them!

Oh no more snow!

I hope that Mr Obama does not give in to a secret sweet tooth and those cookies get to his children. I am not sure they would last with my human!

We are having chilly weather today as well.
Everytime I see your blog says having snow, next day, my country will turn to colder, isn't it meaning we are close to each other?

Thinking of that,
I feel warmer~! :)

Well, stay in warm as always!

How come I don't get cookies from the President? It was very kind of your mum to feed the birds.

Oh my dearest! Look at that blowing snowstorm. I hope the birdies found some shelter after they ate the welcome seeds. Your mommy is kind and thoughtful.
I would like some of those cookies too. I hope the president stops smoking, even if he has to eat a few cookies to keep his hands busy.
My love, how have you been? Are you dreaming of our wedding? I have begun to make a list so I can keep myself on track. Can you help add anything I might have forgotten?
Well it is sleeping time now...just a tiny snack first though, I seem to have a need for extra treats these days. I hope they do not go to my waist line too much...or my dress will have to be altered a few times:)
Your sunshine XOXOXOXOX

I didn't have time to do the kitty closeups today (!) but always like looking at yours.

P.S. That is a nice picture of President Obama - looks like he is very happy to be in Ottowa instead of DC :) (I'm from DC, so can understand!) The cookies look great too.

Glad the storm wasn't long. It was nice of your mom to put out seeds for the birds. We're having a few nice warm days after several days of rainstorms.

Seemed like people there were excited about President Obama's visit. It's nice to see the U.S. and our leader being cheered enthusiastically for a change :)

What wonderful eyes!
It is supposed to snow all day here tomorrow.
We are so tired of snow and cold.
Of course, we'll be complining of the heat in July...
That cookie looked yummy, I hope his girls liked it!

We are in for a nasty snow storm tomorrow. I haven't seen any birds around for a while, but I thought I heard some singing the other morning.
Mickey, I am so happy for you and Miss Peach! You are purrfect for eachother. :) And Tillie and Georgia are getting a sister! I can't wait for the wedding!

Oh, we have the whole month of March for Lion snowstorms... sometimes we get a good blizzard in April, so buck up and don't feel bad!

we got a lovely lovely snowfall one afternoon, but when I got up the next morning all was grey again-- sneaky weather--it warmed up and rained as I slept!

grey and more grey, that's why I like snow right up until the bright greens of spring.

Your mom is very sweet for feeding the birdies. Those videos are really cool and made us really glad that we haven't had snow lately. We hope you stay snuggly warm.
