Close Up Friday

Yesterday was nice and sunny.
Today is not as nice. We should expect some snow,
just in time for rush hour!
Not much, just enough to make it messy.
We will be here, safe and warm till Mom gets home.
Then we'll give her warm hugs.

Georgia

Tillie

Mickey

Three Mourning doves were enjoying the sunshine too!!
In the background, you can see daylilies sprouting!!
Now, if only the grass would grow a bit faster!!!!!!! Yum!

Hi Mickey! Hey Mickey, I tagged you on my blog! Thank you for coming to visit me. I see that you are an indoor cat too. Could you call me on the telephone when our beans are not home and give me mancat advice?

Also, because I am stuck inside forever and ever, I have noticed mourning doves in the trees in my back yard. They sing to me. I like to watch them fly around the trees and in the sky.

Your new pal way across the continent, Jackpot

We always love your close-ups! We hope the snow passes you by....It's a -15C windchill here in southeastern Ontario this morning, but hopefully this is winter's last gasp.

Have a great Friday!

Great closeups and we love the mourning doves. We like the sounds they make. We had two in our yard yesterday eating seed that had fallen out of the feeder.

Hooray for closeups! Everyone looks great.

We have mourning doves here too - we like watching them walk around on the ground under the bird feeder.

And we hope your mom has a safe trip home today.

I hope the snow did not come, Mickey.
Here in Virginia, they said the snow was coming but it did not come!
now we have sun. I will send it to you!
Dear Georgia and Tillie, you two are very pretty today

Looks like you're all enjoying the sunshine (even the doves).

We're practicing at trying to do close-ups, too, but it's quite challenging :)

Besides my own cats, Mickey, you are my favorite cat in the whole wide world. I just know if I met you we would form a bond. (I like your sisters, too...but you are my special cyber cat guy.)

My beloved husband cat...thank you for coming to brighten my day even more. We have been sad at the cozy cottage and I have been sitting with my Lapdaddy lots to keep him from being too sad about his brother going to the rainbow bridge. Every moment spent with loved ones becomes precious all of a sudden, even more so than ever before...
I am glad it is getting warmer and the green things are beginning to come up out of the ground...soon we can walk together again like we did on our first date...oh how I remember that day...you are the purrrrfect gentleman...then, now and always...
Love your sunshine wifeycat XOXOXOX
