Grass,Gotta have It!

I have mentioned before that I like grass. I mean, I REALLY like grass! Anytime Mom goes outside, I assume she is getting grass for me. As soon as I see her coming, I start crying in anticipation of the long, green delicacy. I love nip, but in summer I love fresh grass more!

Waiting is the hardest part!

Mom showes me what she got

Inhale the flavor!

Yeah,this is the good stuff!

Yum!!!

I have her well trained don't I?!!!

  1. Are you sure you aren't part horse? Our horse loves to eat grass but I'm not so sure I would find it tasty. But hey, if its tasty I'm up for trying it!

  5. I really, really wish I liked to eat grass. You make it look so delicious. But when my Mommie grew me a whole carton of it, I would not even taste it. Not even one single blade.

  7. Your mom really is very well trained. I wonder how I can get my mom to feed me food one piece at a time. Come to think of it, I don't think I could wait to eat it one piece at a time.

  9. We tried grass - mom boughted some to grow for us and she broughted some in on her shoes. Mom is much better at bringing grass in on her shoes than growing it. We likes it but not as a steady diet.

  11. How delightful to meet you Mickey! You are a black panther fur sure! I have enjoyed reading all about you here. Mommy got leaky eyes when she read that you love to be brushed and eat grass....her first ginger cat loved to do those same things very much! But that was many many years ago. We are almost the same age you and I...I am glad I found such a fun friend like you to add to my heart.
Come see me often and I will do the same:)

  12. Mickey - our Tigger eats grass too. We can only give her one piece though or we have to clean the carpet. Trixie and Pyewacket think she's strange, but we see that Tigger is in good company if you do it too.
Tigger LIVES to get out the door, just to eat grass. But she's not allowed out! She just got her paw shut in the door this week trying to get out. It was sad. But it is all better now.

  16. I love how you make her run it by you for inspection first!
Every time Mosaic Lady takes me outside on my hot pink harness, I eat up all the grass I can. And many other plants, that may or may not be toxic. I like the suspense! Life on the edge, as it should be, for a mini house panther.
    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

  18. Wow! Your mommy is very well-trained. Ours is still woefully undisciplined. Does anyone give lessons?

  19. Yeah I remember your grass addiction! My assistant Mama is a bit slow and we just read your random facts and piratey stuff (aarr!!). I loved learning all that about you guys. Sometimes I get you and Tillie mixed up in pictures, but now I can keep you straight. Round face, Tillie. Mancatly face, you. Cool.

  21. Puddy loves to eat grass too, but I've got to be careful she doesn't eat too much, because that could mean she has an upset stomach! She likes grass because it helps with hairballs, but it can also make her throw up (icky!). So she only gets a little bit of grass, and it's specially for kitties (but that doesn't stop her from stealing some munches while we're outside!)

  22. You have your bean completely dominated... Muhahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

  24. Hi Mickey and Mama too! Thanks for the headbutts and purrs! We are working our Human to get us back normal so we can come visiting and post all about our badness. We only broke one of mom's pink depression glasses this week, we promise. But we allowed her to leave some in her foot!

Ohhhh the grass - DIVINE. What great pictures of you too! You look very happy and spoiled as you should be! Sending our purrs and loves and scritches and hugs.
