In this picture, the background is black. So am I. This clearly does not work!
Using your flash is not much better.
It only gives you laser eyes!!!!

Using a much lighter background is the way to go.

Have you been giving your mum lessons in photography Mickey?
ReplyDeleteHuffle Mawson
Mickey you are so right. Flash takes away the original colors from the picture, and disturbs the subjects! Thanks for this great lesson!
ReplyDeleteMickey, you have such a beautiful, mancatly muzzle. We stop to admire it every time we visit:)
ReplyDeleteGreat lesson, Mickey!!! Love the no flash rule! Must pass that on to the PM!!!
ReplyDeletePurrs Goldie
We love the no flash rule, but sometimes it goes off anyway because this time of year it seems it's dark all the time! Mom has a hard time taking good pictures of me because of my dark fur, but your lessons will help her a lot. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGreat lesson!
ReplyDeleteBut you are perfection in any picture, Mickey!

What a fabulous Mancat pose!
ReplyDeleteMickey, I have to say I liked the nearly all black picture, where your eyes glowed out so yellow/orange! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteYou are perfection!
ReplyDeleteI agree on the flash I think everyone uses too much flash. It can make crazy cat eyes and can overexpose the white in ones cat. Lol! Sometimes Taos paws are like halos.
ReplyDeleteYep, it's a challenge taking photos of a black cat -- but the results are worth it!
