Monday Musings with Georgia

Hi friends. I have lots to show you besides me!!
However, I will let you see me first as I know you all like that!

This is a big moth that was on the deck.
Mom was on her belly for this shot, heehee

This is what his wings look like.

Then, she went to a parade!! Our little community has
Fiesta Days , and it starts with the parade.

Some interesting "critters" in this parade!!!

Look!!!! Even our vet was in the parade!!!

After the parade, Mom went to the Vet's office as they were
holding an open house to celebrate 3 years at this location.
Sunday evening,there were fireworks.
We do not like them as they are too close and loud!
Mom took this picture from the front door.
Mom was also at her sister's place for Saturday night.
I will tell you about that later, because there is lots to tell!!

Why not pop over to House Panthers
and see my sister Tillie !!

  1. Georgia, you sure are looking pretty in that picture (of course you always do)! That moth was pretty neat, too -- very colorful. We missed our town's Fourth of July parade this year, but it looks like yours was nice.

    Big hugs!

  2. You mean to say that plump, juicy moth was on the deck and NOBODY ate it?

  3. Yeah, ditto Sparkle! Gees, Derry would have had that moth crunched in no time at all!

BTW, you guys have a MOBILE vet in your area? Well, it IS a pretty large area, actually. We guess we're too small here for that, though it's too bad.

    Happy Monday to you all!

  5. Georgia you are much prettier than that moth. We wish our vet was mobile so we don't have to get in the car.

  8. That moth is very cool - it's marking look like large eyes. I think I saw some like that when I lived on the east coast.

Looks like a fun parade and fireworks, too.

  10. Georgia, you were absolutely right that we wanted to see you first. Also, second, third and as much as possible.

  11. What a pretty moth! Not as pretty as you, though!

At least your mom saw the fireworks--we could only hear them here on the Fourth. Oh, and why no giant cats in the parade?

  13. Look how gorgeous you are Georgia! And that moth looks pretty too, maybe thats why no one ate it?
