I am just in shock. Oh I am just so sad. I know that words cannot express how completely heartbreaking this is and I know that they offer little comfort right now. Only know that you gave Tillie such love and in turn she gave it all back to you. Big brother Mickey is welcoming Tillie with open paws and I know my Abby is too. Not my precious round-eyed Tillie! How I looked forward to her posts on House Panthers! I am so sorry to hear this, I know it's such a shock for you, I lost a cat years ago to acute renal failure and it's just so hard to let go, and not to beat yourself up for what you might have missed. I still visualize her falling out of my hands and I couldn't catch her, that's how it felt.
Be gentle with yourself. Your other kitties need you, so let them comfort you. And if it's any consolation we will never forget Tillie. We are purring for all of you.
