Treasure- My Ordeal is Over!


Treasure:
Lick,lick,lick !


Oooooo! Gotta  get this Vet stink off my furs!


Mom took me to the Vet yesterday.
She had taken me on January 29 and the Vet stole half
of my teeth! Yesterday, they took the rest!
My mouth is a bit sore, but Mom gives me medicine.
At least it will not hurt any more because of my bad teeth.
I am glad to be home.


I still have to keep an eye on Mom.
I wouldn't want her to take me back to that vet place again.
However, if she wants to give me more stinky goodness,
well all I can say is bring it on!


Note: Treasure had really bad teeth and they needed to come out.
This was done in 2 sessions. For an older cat, 17 years, he
did very well.After resting most of the day at the Vet's,
he was pretty hungry when he got home. He seems to feel
 pretty good and  happy to be home again.
He handled the surgery very well!

    Wow! We're glad he managed that visit OK. We've been so lucky in the tooth department here so we can't even imagine that sort of a vet visit. We'll bet Treasure feels a whole lot better now, though!

    Oh my goodness, what an ordeal. My mom is a bit stressed that I need two or three teeth pulled, and you had so many removed. I'm glad your procedure went well and you're recovering nicely.

    Having your teeth stolen is no fun, Treasure, but having hurty teeth is even worse. We're glad everything went well, and we hope that life will be a succession of stinky goodness cans from nos on!

    Yeah, got to get that nasty old vet stink off. You will soon be feeling much better without those teeth. My mum told me that one of the cats who came before didn't have any teeth, but she could gum a lamb leg bone bare and wouldn't let any of the other cats get a look in. She lived to 23 years old.

    Oh yes, the vet stink, yuk ! Better not teeth and healthy gums than bad teeth and painful mouth, you know ! We hope you feel better soon : you'll be able to eat whatever you want without problem in a few days, you'll see ! Purrs

    We're sad to hear you lost all your teeth, but you'll feel much better now. Besides, kitties don't need teeth to eat that stinky soft minced food ;-)

    What an ordeal you had, Treasure. Zoe doesn't have anymore teefs, either. But she feels a whole lot better than when she had bad ones. Hugs, purrs and prayers that you get all that vet stink off!
