Georgia: Hi friends. Well, it's Friday again and that
means the weekend and Mum time. This weekend
we have Mum for an extra day as Monday is a holiday.
We are celebrating Heritage Day.
This is gonna be fun!
Julie: That's right Georgia. We also hope to get some
porch time. Mum says it will be cloudy
Saturday and Sunday and we will get another 10cm of snow.
Monday should be sunny though.
If it's not too cold we should get on the porch.
JJ: While we like the porch, we are just happy to hang
out with Mum. She gives great scritches and
belly rubs!
Treasure: I also like more Mum time.
I like to be near her too and get some attention.

She already had paths to the bird/squirrel feeder.
While we will get snow this weekend,
it is supposed to rain next week!
This Winter has been very strange.
Earl the Squirrel will be happy for these!
In Canada,labeling is done in French and English.

Earl loves the sunflower seeds.
Visiting birds like the other seeds.
Our Chickadees love the sunflower seeds too.
No matter what kind of weather you have this weekend.

We are all so glad to hear you'll get an extra day of Mom time. We like it when we get Mom time here too and it's a long Holiday weekend here as well, but our Mom is retired so we're lucky in that respect. WE hope you have a great weekend.

ReplyDeleteIt's pouring with rain here at the moment, so we're very short on sunpuddles. And it's not looking great for the weekend either. But if our brother comes home from the vet's tomorrow, that will be all the sunshine we need!

We've got a Polar Vortex coming down from Up North, which of course is Canada...hey, Canada...keep your cold fronts to yourself! So, we'll be hunkered down inside, hoping for a ray of sunshine.
ReplyDeleteHave a fun weekend. It's supposed to be really cold here in Chicagoland. That means mum will sit in the recliner with a book or her cross-stitch and we'll get lap and cuddle time. We don't have a long weekend until May. You're lucky.

ReplyDeleteHope you have a great weekend. Our winter is odd too, sometimes too hot, now too cold. We feed the birds, sort of like paying for bird tv, but worth it.

Its really cold here, too...it was -11F this morning...but while its a tad warmer now, the snow machine has started up again fur us too...booo!
