Happy Canada Day!

Julie: Hi friends!
Guess what?
Today is Canada Day!
Our country is 153 years old.
Well, the land is much older, that is just the year
it was named Canada . MOL!
It is a holiday, but since mum retired, everyday is a holiday.

It is a nice sunny day today and it is warm!
I am still getting used to Auntie's place and tend
to stay upstairs as it is quiet. Mum would like me
to explore more, but I have to do that  at my own
                                                      pace.

I still love looking out the windows. It is pretty
nice and so are the views. I get to hang out with mum
a lot  so I am really happy!

That's all for now. Catch up with you all later!!

  3. Julie, we send you greetings for your Happy Canada Day!
When I came to live with Lynn from the orphanage 9 1/2 years ago,
I was very afraid to venture about. Now I own the place, so one of
these days you too will get out and about and have more fun places to
lounge and window sit. Us kitties go at our own sweet pace. Precious

  7. O Canada!
I grew up in Michigan, but watched CBC on Channel 9 Windsor and learned the Canadian National Anthem as a kid, as it was played before every hockey game that was broadcast.
