Happy Friday with Julie


Julie: Gee! Friday already. Not that it really matters.
It just seems the days pass by quickly.
I don't mind so much as I am enjoying myself.
I spend a lot of time on mum's lap.
She likes to read so I know I will not
be disturbed for a while. MOL


As you can see, I live relaxing on mum's lap.
She can read her books and give me scritches
at the same time.


                                               If I want to have a snooze I can just pop over
                                                to the right and curl up on my fuzzy mat.
                                                I tell you, life is good!

    Julie, does your mum use you for a book holder too? Lynn has to hold her
    book with one hand while holding my tummy with the other. I'm a side sleeper.
    My fun thing will be to watch my chippie come for squash seeds later in the sun. Precious

    Julie, our CB is the only lap cat around, and he only stays for about 15 minutes.
    Am working with him to stay longer, but he doesn't seem to like when I pick up a book!
    Now, Sweetie lays on my chest when I'm in bed, and she will fall asleep...while I'm reading a book.
    That makes her a chest cat...?

    TBT: I spent years (decades ago) sitting in an easy chair with a book in my hands and a cat on my lap. But I don't read so much anymore. Still want a cat on my lap though while watching TV.

    If my mommybdares to pick up a book OR the phone while I am on her lap..I immediately look at it, and her and then, with that warning, I leave. It's me only or nothing!
