We did not start blogging until Mom got a digital camera. Now,this is not a requirement, but she thought it would add interest. The real reason is that she did not think she could tell stories without showing pictures.She thought putting conventional pics on disc and then on the 'puter,yada,yada, would take too much time. Mom is silly, she just does not like writing. We forced her to do it as a way to "expand her horizions". Now she has a little one and these are the first,original pictures she took!
I can't believe the first pic was not ME! Just because I don't like that flashy box is no excuse. Heehee.

ReplyDeleteYou Mom took very good pictures with her new camera. I love the flowers. Don't worry, Mickey, the first pictures with a new camera are for practice, to make sure that everything is working right. She wanted to make sure your pictures came out perfectly.

ReplyDeleteMy bean has digital, but she call it knock about camera. When she gets serious, out comes Nikon. That is an old film camera, but she excellent results from it. Usually though, she take digital of me, but that smaller and she obsessed with following me around and flashing the box at me.

ReplyDeleteHi Mickey - just read your comment about the headstone of the Unknown Soldier. My dad was last stationed in Ottawa, so my humans have been to the Remembrance Day celebrations at the National War Memorial in Ottawa, and have visited the War Museum too. My dad, as a serving army officer, always has to attend a Remembrance Day ceremony on November 11th, so he has never actualy seen the sun goes across the headstone live, but he has seen recordings of it on TV.

That's a very pretty picture. Mom has lots of those growing in the backyard. As for writing, tell your mom she is doing fine. Just leave it all to you!

Thank you dearest friends for loving me so very much and sending me your healing purrrrs and purayers. I have eaten my dinner and drank some water. Mommy puts me in my litterbox and I go pee, then I scratch the carpet and headbunk her. I purrr as she puts me back into the frying pan. I hope she still likes me after I put a hole in her thumb...she should be faster with that pill thing!
