It was a year ago that my little Tillie passed away.
This is her last picture I took before acute renal failure
claimed her. I do not know why, it does not matter.
She is gone.
She was charming and a real diva kitty.
She had such pretty big eyes.
She also loved grass,one blade at a time.
Yes, she was a bit spoiled.
She loved her box on the porch and enjoyed many
snoozes here,especially on sunny ,warm days.
Thank you Tillie, for allowing me to share in your life.
I will always remember you and love you.
May you always enjoy sweet grass and sunshine!

ReplyDeleteTillie was a beautiful girl and her eyes captivated me and Mom both. (In fact, every time Mom saw any kidlet at the shelter with eyes that color, she would come home and tell me she saw a cat with eyes like Tillie's!) We know she was deeply loved and missed, and by us, too.

Your Tillie was a beautiful black kitty & her personality seemed so sweet & wise - even if she was a bit of a diva. We remember how she loved finding a sun puddle to lie in & how she so looked forward to the days when you would let the cats out on the porch. Tillie loved relaxin' & hangin' out in her box & if there were sun puddles it was a perfect day for her. Whenever I looked at Tillie. I would see a wise old soul in a cat's body. Tillie was one of those special cats that could look you straight in the eyes & seemed to understand just what you were thinking & feeling.

Sweet Tillie was gorgeous in every way and every detail s important. I took photos as much as I could of those final two weeks Abby (and Gracie) were ill. I knew how bad Abby felt on her last day so I kept my photographing her down to be totally non intrusive. I am grateful I have those memories as hard as they are because I wouldn't be able to remember them on my own. Thank you for sharing those pretty Tilky eyes with us all these years. We really miss her, and Mickey. We really miss Mickey.
