JJ: Hi there friends.
We all had a great 3 day weekend with mum.
We all had fun and enjoyed the time together.
As much as we like having mum home, I for one am happy to
get back to my routine. I like mum, but I also like my
sleep.
When you are as old as I am, you like your sleep.
Heck, we cats like sleep at any age!
Georgia was sleeping under the bed a lot. While there is a heater
there, I think she was nervous of mum.
She was afraid that she might get taken to the Vet again. MOL!
It usually takes several days for her to realize that mum
is just walking around and not getting ready to grab her
and put her in the PTU.
When she finally starts to relax she comes out.
I am not convinced that she is totally relaxed though.
Usually sleeping involves closing your eyes.
At least she got a clean bill of health from the Vet.
As you can see, it was a pretty good weekend.

I totally get how sometimes you can have just too much of your humans! Poor Georgia, she must really hate going to the vet.
ReplyDeleteJJ, we understand. Sometimes our mum and dad wake us up when we're snoozing. And for what? Is petting better than sleeping? Well, okay, sometimes, but we know what you're saying!

Hi JJ, Winnie here. I can understand why Georgia's afraid. Humans are sneaky (my human is one); they pretend a lot, then suddenly grab and put you in the PTU. Purrs!

Awww Georgia, I can understand you were a bit nervous. My boys get nervous when I come home early, because usually it's because I need to take one of them to the vet. But glad you are in good health :-)

Georgia, Admiral was so afraid of going to the vet. I don't like it but it is something I am over as soon as I get home. Ill slip over there and we'll talk about it. Mom's are very sneaky though. They sure are. XX

ReplyDeleteY’know, JJ. That happens here too. When we see the mom put her shoes on we make a beeline under the bed because we think it means VET!

ReplyDeleteYeah, sometimes we are a bit careful around the Beings. Marley flinches annytime TBT just talks loud (cuz he doesn't talk loud often). And Ayla backs down the hall away from him cuz she doesnt like being below his eye level...
