Mancat Monday

As a Mancat, I like to keep in shape and stay sharp by playing with Mom and the strap from the flashy box.

Contemplation as you never know what the strap will do.

Here are some things I treasure enough to place in my Box of Life

1. Compassion for all homeless animals that have been abandoned or abused.

2. Gratitude for the people that rescue,adopt and care for these animals.

3. Grass that I can't seem to get enough of,and love to eat. (Heehee)

4. The warm, soft places Mom gives me to sleep.

5. The brushes Mom uses to keep my fur soft and shiney.

6. The love for my sisfurs.I may not play with them,but I do love them.

7. The love for my Mom.We have been together over 14 years and gone through a lot.
My world is not the same when she is not here.

8. The 4 Seasons that bring such different smells and exciting sounds.

9. The happy feeling I have when Mom pats me and gives me scritches and hugs.

10. The happy feelings I have for all the wonderful friends I have made in the Cat Blogosphere.
They really are a great bunch of kitties and I love them all!!

11. Mom likes the still Winter night when the big snowflakes gently fall to earth.

12. The love I have for a special ladycat. She 's got style,she's got grace,she's a Lady!!

Friday Close Up

Mom was ,~~lazy~~ busy again today. I was ~~sleeping on the sleeping bag she had out for some unknown reason~~ reminding her she had to help with the blog. So, tonight when we should be doing our blog,she goofs off!!!!! Laundry, a shower, watching TV, playing on the computer! Arrrrgh!!!!

She finally got her act together and declared that it was time for our close ups. So here they are.

7 Random and/or Weird Facts About Me!

1. Like Monty Q, I got out one night. Mom did not know until the next day! She was frantic as we lived on a very busy street(4 lanes,major road). Fortunately, in the back of the building was a common area where backyards of other houses were. Some of the grass there was tall enough to hide in. After several hours ,I meowed and Mom heard me. I let her catch me and take me in doors. It was kinda scary at night out there.

2. I have a very annoying (according to Mom) cry when I want to do something and Mom does not. If I want a door opened and she says NO, I'll sit in front of it and whine forever. (She usually caves to shut me up . Heehee. )

3. When I was young and Mom would take a bath,I would sit on the edge of the tub and watch her. She thought it was cute. I thought she was nuts. I could not believe she sat in water on purpose!

4. I love to sleep in the cloths hamper. It has all the cool smells of all the things Mom was doing and the places she went.Mmmmm! I also like to sleep on any of her clothes she leaves out.

5. When Mom gets those big boxes of cat litter. I like to have the box to sleep in. They make it in my size. This box is NOT my size!

6. At Christmas when Mom would put a garland ,curved like an "S" on the long, low shelving unit, I would sleep in the curve of the garland. The lightes were warm. I also liked to chew on the (fake) garland . Heehee!

7. Sometimes when Mom is cleaning my litterbox, I have to go so badly I get in while she is pouring the litter in!

I know this Meme has gone around before,but there are some new kitties. Therefore I will tag some and anycat that wants to play. It's fun to know about each other! I tag:
