Close Up Friday and Mum is Super Happy!

Georgia: Today we are sharing close ups.

That is because we are excited!!!

JJ: That's right Georgia. We are looking forward to this 

weekend and the coming week. It's gonna be great!

Julie: It sure will be great. Know why?

MUM IS ON VACATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That will be so great! Mum will be home for a whole week

with ME!!!!!

Georgia: Um Julie, she will be home with ALL of us!!!!

Julie: Um, oh...right!!!

We are so excited!

This will be FUN!!!!!

Mondays with Georgia and Our Christmas Card

Georgia: Mom was pretty lazy in taking pictures of us.

She waited until dark when the light is no good.

As you can see, she used a flash to get

Treasure and I  having a snooze.

Mom, I don't like the flash!

Mom opted not to use the flash in taking a pic of JJ.

He is looking out onto the porch. 

The lights you see are our outdoor lights on the railing.

Look closely and you can see Mom's reflection in the window too.

Lucky JJ was not blinded by any flash!

Neither was Treasure!

Julie is looking toward the kitchen.

I'm hoping she is going to ask mom for treats.

When she does, we all get treats!

Mom did work on our Christmas card this weekend.

Friday the 13 Long Weekend

Georgia: It's Friday the 13th!

For some, it means bad luck.

For us it means a long weekend as Mom has

Monday off!

That is because we will be joining other provinces in celebrating

 Heritage Day. This will be the 1st year it will be celebrated in

Nova Scotia.This holiday will honour a person or event.

This year, we honour Viola Desmond

JJ: Naturally we will love to have more Mom time.

I hope scritches and treats will be plentiful!

Treasure: I will also be looking forward to lots of attention.

I'll take some scritches too!

 Julie: I love Mom time. I follow Mom around the house.

I am also hoping for some sunshine, but Mom says we  will

have a snowstorm on Sunday. Darn, I was hoping

to spend some time on the porch.

Gee, maybe Friday the 13 is bad luck after all.

Happy weekend too!

First Snow of 2015

Julie: Happy New Year friends!

On New Year's day we had a bit of snow!

Then the sun came out. You can see it on my furs.

The snow came after Mom put out seeds, so Earl the Squirrel

had to dig for them.

Just after lunch, Mom took this picture. It was snowing.

An hour later, the sun came out.

The sun is hiding behind this big tree.

Mom says we are getting a big storm on Sunday!

I hope Earl has a shovel, he's going to need it!

We purr you all have a great and fun  first weekend of 2015!

Fishy Friday

Georgia: I am really happy today is Friday. 

That is because Mom will be home all next week!

Yup, she is on staycation with us!.

Oh boy,cuddles and scritches. I can hardly wait.

Because Mom will be home, JJ and Julie will be 

looking forward to more porch time.

Treasure will be looking for lots of attention too !

the following tasty fish pictures!

Yup, Mom cooked up some mighty fine,fresh haddock!

Then she put it on this big salad.

Yes, she shared with us and it was good!!
