Finally Friday!

Julie: I'm laying on the floor trying to ignore mum and the

camera. However, I realized that all of you might like to see

me! Gee!

 I think mum did OK by not using the flash as no cat

wants to see glowing eyes.

We had snow on Wednesday and it is pretty well gone.

Anything remaining in the shaded places will disappear

as the temps will rise up to 15C and it will be

sunny well into next week!

Good! I like sunshine! That means porch time.

WooHoo!!! What FUN!!!

Finally Friday... the 13!

Georgia: WooHoo! The  weekend is here!

That means mum time and that means

lots of scritches! I love scritches.

Julie: I love when mum is home as I like to follow

her everywhere.I love when she gives me some

belly rubs. I just love bellyrubs!

Do any of you LOVE belly rubs?

We  are looking forward to this weekend as it will 

be sunny and not too cold. In fact, it will be pretty

nice as the snow is going very fast!

As it is also Friday the 13th, I have a little picture for you!

Friday Close Ups and Mum too!

Georgia: I am very happy that it is Friday.

I love having mum home on the weekend.

She likes it too as she loves hanging out

with us.

JJ: I am happy  too. As the weather gets colder, 

mum turns the furnace on.

It really feels good on my old bones.

Julie: I LOVE having mum home. 

She gives me great belly rubs and cuddles.

I like to sit on her lap when she reads her books.

I like to hang out with mum.

Mum: Some of you  on FB have heard that my brother 

was lost in thick woods for 4 days.

Search and Rescue came in to help search for him.

He walked out of the woods on day 4 and 

a man checking a water tower asw him and said 

"You're the guy they're looking for!"

After being checked out at the hospital, he was pronounced

healthy!

We gathered at Thanksgiving October 13 and this is a family

picture.Just 1 sister missing as she lives in Ottawa.

Good news, she is moving here next year!

Brothers in law are at the end.

My brother that was lost is 2nd from the right.

My sister in front on the right blogged as

"Team Tabby" They blog once in a while  as there

is only Mindy now.

Yours truly is beside her in front in blue.

We had lots to be thankful for this year and 

we are thankful every day for family!

Sunshine Makes Us Happy !

Georgia: I was not feeling  well last week

and had to visit the Vet.

Yes, I was a bit constipated again, but I feel great now!!

What does it mean when mum says pumpkin

is not just for Halloween?

JJ: It was pretty nice this weekend so I had

lots of sleep time on the porch.

It was so good.

I feel so ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Julie: Oh that sun feels good on my body.

My black furs really absorb the heat!

There is only one problem...

That sun is BRIGHT !!

Friday Close Ups

Georgia: Well it is Friday and we are happy.

It is the weekend and Mum will be home.

Woot!!

We like that as it means more mum time and lots of scritches.

JJ: I like having mum around as I love attention.

I also like scritches and treats.

I also like heat. As it will be a bit cooler this weekend,

mum may have the furnace on a bit.

Oh that sounds good!

Julie: I love weekend because mum is home and I love mum.

I sit on her lap when she reads.

I also love belly rubs,treats,scritches, warm sunshine,

the porch...pretty much everything!

Most of all, we all like FUN!!!!!

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you all had a good weekend.

Ours was pretty good and it was sunny and not too hot

We lazed around and got lots of scritches from Mum.

Mum also went off twice this weekend.

Saturday  with friends for lunch,

abd Sunday for a special event.

I will tell you about it on Friday.

JJ enjoyed some sunshine on the porch

He is really enjoying having his naps out there too.

Julie is really loving the windows.

She enjoyed watching and listening to these birds.

She could hear them too and she is happy to report they 

were only interested in the seeds and not annoying

cats ! MOL!

This is the event mum went to on Sunday.

We did not mind as it was  for a good cause.

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Happy Monday friends!

WE had a good weekend. It was sunny and warm

both days! It is sunny today too.

I was in the kitchen with mum. I like to 

keep tabs on what she is doing.

I was also enjoying the sun that was coming in the window

JJ was in the computer room and there was sun there too.

If you look closely, you can see where he had some big matts shaved.

New fur is growing back, but it is pretty short so far.

WE cats really do love the sun.

It makes us look good too!

Julie has a new snoozy spot. It is in the living room

.She likes it because it is comfy and she can keep an

eye on mum. She can see into the kitchen from there.

Naturally she spent time on the porch. 

Critter TV was pretty good.

Mum saw Julie staring intently out the kitchen window

early this morning and went to see what she was staring at.

These two deer were wandering around our yard.

In this picture, they are heading into the woods.

The grey area above the grass is the gravel road

that goes by our place.

 It is a short private road just off the main road.

That is probably why the deer were here.

Finally Friday Close-Ups !

Georgia: Happy Friday friends!

We are glad it's Friday as we know it means mum will

be home for the weekend. It will be a good

weekend too as there will be more sunshine!!

After a mixed week  with a bit of sun and lots of

rain, it is sunny today and will be for a good 

number of days!

It even feels like Spring...warm!

Can you say porch time?!!

Monday Musings and JJ's New Do

Julie: We finally got to have some sunshine

this weekend. It was nice.

It felt really nice on my furs too.

I even got to dine in the sun. I liked that!

Mmmmmm! That was tasty!

JJ and Georgia spent some time snoozing.

They enjoyed the sun too.

They even decided to have a drink together.

JJ is showing off his new fur cut.

His fur matted up faster than mum could deal with,

so she had the Vet staff trim the furs. 

She did not want to do the shaving as his skin is so thin.

JJ is happy mum is not picking at his matts anymore!

These two are determined to do everything together!

Monday Musings with Georgia,Julie and JJ

Georgia: Happy Monday friends. 

We had a pretty good weekend that ended better 

than it started. There was a plumbing issue.

A pipe started spraying water so mum had to 

turn the water off. This did not affect the kitchen, 

but it did affect the bathroom!

Lucky for mum,  a friend of hers knew a guy who

could fix it and he did. Now the place is all cleaned up

and back to normal.

JJ: I am glad things are back to normal.

I like to relax and don't want too much drama.As it turns out, 

I slept through most of the thing anyway.

Julie: I liked this weekend pretty much.

We had sunshine and I was on the porch.

Sunny days are best for critter TV.

However, mum says another storm is coming 

Sunday evening into Monday.

Sadly she is right as it is raining and then will change

back to flurries. Darn!

These ducks came for breakfast.

And Earl came by Sunday afternoon.

I would still like to chase him though!!

Monday Musings

Georgia: I got lots of good naps this weekend.

Mum was busy doing other things so she did not

take as many pictures. This  was a good thing as

she was not chasing us around with the camera.

JJ: We did get a lot of sunshine this weekend.

It was really nice too and made the porch nice

and warm.

See, I'm telling mum how warm the porch feels.

I decided to join my little sister Julie on the couch..

We had a great afternoon in the sun !

Julie: JJ is right. The sun was warm and cozy.

I really enjoyed my time on the porch.

I also enjoyed laying in the sunon the end of the 

kitchen counter.(Mum knows I get up here and has

lots of cutting boards that she uses so she is not

constantly washing the counter. ( MOL! )

When I went on the windowsill do you know what I saw?

Ducks!

They dropped by as they know mum puts out seeds..

The seeds are easy to find as  the snow is gone!

We had lots of rain last Thursday and it

washed away lots of snow.

Mum liked that as snow and ice can be very

slippery.She has slipped and fallen 3 times so far. MOL!

All in all, a pretty good weekend.
