Monday Musings with Julie

Julie: Happy Monday friends!
We had a pretty good weekend.
Mum said the temps were not too cold, but the wind was.
This week will be above  0C(32F) and there will be rain.

Sunday was sunny and I sat in the cat tree and looked out
through the porch door.

You can see out white landscape.
The snow is not very deep. It just covers the ground.

It did not stop Earl the Squirrel from eating the seeds
mum put out.

You can see the tracks made by the critters.
Mostly squirrels.

The chickadees were happy to have some seeds too !

Georgia and JJ spent some time enjoying naps.

Georgia tells mum that that is enough pics for noe.
MOL!

How was your weekend?
We purr it was not too hot or cold, depending on where you live.

We're finally defrosting from the polar vortex and ready for Meowga Monday!

It rained here all weekend! At least I got an indoors photo shoot in. And hunted through my wardrobe for my upcoming trip.

Your Chickadees look exactly like our Great Tits. I think they must be the same bird but with a different name. It has warmed up here since yesterday, but that means rain and we had 3 inches overnight.
I hope you all have a good week.

We were glad to hear that weather forecasting groundhog is predicting an early spring...

Hi guys! We always love your kitty TV channel, it's the best!

We had a grey weekend, with mild temps continuing today, but tomorrow night it's all going to freeze again, so will be...challenging...under foot.

C'mon, Spring, hurry up!

We also had a lovely day on Sunday, and it is raining today, and cold!

#1 says she remembers Chickadees from when she lived in Chicago. Now she has coal tits at her feeder and they look quite similar!

The Chans

Yippee for bird and squirrel TV! We don't have many squirrels anymore but those blue jays are always poking around for forgotten seeds and nuts around here!

Georgia, that's a scary stinkeye! A lot of our snow is melting away, and now it's raining. That deep cold can stay away for a decade or two now!

We had one nice day of the two Georgia. I hope your Earl doesn't get all the seeds before the chickadee does. Mom even opened the front door for me to bake in the suns.

It was cold, but nothing like it was in the middle of the country last week. Nice to see all you cuties. XO

Our mom said she saw two of our resident roadrunners in the driveway early in the morning, feathers puffed up and absorbing the sun, but she didn't take any pictures and she could be making it up to tease us.

We are happy to see the sunshine return and hopefully melt away all that snow. Julie, you have a wonderful spot to view the outside. Hope everything is going well and you are all having a great week. Thanks for the share.
