Views From My Windows

Julie: Hello friends and Happy Monday!
Today I am sharing things that I have seen from the
windows in my place.

It was duck and the raccoons were out kooking for food.
The picture is not great as mum had to shoot
through the patio doors and dusk.

In the front yard, the search continued.

On Friday, mum saw this coloured leaf.
This is the 1st Fall leaf in our yard!

This leaf was on another tree.
The  maple trees seem to be the ones that turn
first. Pretty soon, there will be lots of colourful
leaves on trees!
Fall is a pretty time of year and a season
that mum likes best!

Yesterday we had a lot of wind and rain.
Today is  s bit more sunny, but rain will return for
the rest of the week.
Gee! I may not get ant outdoor time...darn!

I hope those critters know it is your yard and they are a guest.

You have good views from your window. We had gales through the night, and this morning all the recycling had been blown everywhere. The sun is trying to come out now though.

Julie, The Hubby and I enjoyed a local part yesterday, and only a few leaves had turned colour, but we know it's coming!
Darn, I really wanted Summer to hang on longer.

Hi Julie, we had a racoon family come up in our yard around lunch time. It was very odd. Mom went outside and took pictures of them. She is weird like that. Fenris barked at them, which is how Mom knew they were outside.

Wow, Julie. I’ve seen a lot of animals in my yard but I haven’t seen a raccoon yet. The mom says they’re out there…probably just haven’t come around here. ~Ernie

Julie, we have a neighborhood skunk. We've never seen him but we sure can smell him when he comes out for a stroll!! We think we'd rather have a raccoon.

We hope the raccoon and the ducks found some food, Julie. That leaf is pretty! Fall is definitely coming. Hugs to you and Mum!

I think the raccoon should turn and give you a smile! It's nice to see a colorful flower in fall. We get very few fall colors.
