Georgia: Hi friends. The Vet called Mom about my blood test.
That is part of the wellness exam I had last Thursday.
She said I have a Thyroid problem like JJ has.
So now, we are both taking the same medication.
That part is not so bad. What I don't like is that I
have to go back for a recheck in a month.
I am not crazy about going to the Vet.
They like me and I do not act up or anything.
I just don't like going.
However, there is good news. It is the weekend, so mom will
be home. I like that.
The other part is that the storm that was coming this
weekend is going to miss us!
It will go out to sea instead. Mom likes that part.
There, now I'm happy again.
So my friends, no matter where you are I hope you all
have a FUN weekend !

My Tungsten had a thyroid problem, and though she is gone now, that wasn't the cause. Her thyroid troubles were well-regulated. She received an ointment rubbed in the ear; she thought it no problem at all. I hope you are doing well on your medicine, Georgia.
We're so sorry to read that you've to take pills, Georgia! And the vet is our enemy as well - can you believe that our silly Mom likes her?
It's sad that you got a chronic disease, but hopefully you don't have to suffer from it! (Ok, besides the medication)
Thank cod and toona for the weekend! We hate to hear that you have to take pills, but are glad it can be controlled with medicines and it will be easier for your Mom since it's the same kind.
Good to hear that storm is headed out, too.
Have a fabulous Friday.
XOXO
Have a good weekend, Georgia! Try not to think about the upcoming vet visit.

We're sorry your thyroid is being a pain in the butt Georgia but at least you can compare yours with JJ's.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
I am sorry you have to take thyroid meds, Georgia. I have to take Pred for my hyperthyroidism because I can't tolerate the conventional pills or ointment, nor even holistic medication. Pills aren't so bad though, I get treats afterwards.
Georgia, you are so pretty! At least the peeps are taking care of you, and maybe it will make you feel better. Did you know that human's don't like going to the doctor's either? We just don't have to be put in a PTU...lol! (P.S. The storm is missing us too, but we feel bad for folks who are about to get walloped)
I'm sorry you have that problem sweet Georgia but I know you will do good with the medicine. We're supposed to get a bunch of winter storm stuff but it isn't here yet, we'll see.
I'm sorry you have Thyroid problem. I hope the medication keeps you well. I'm glad you have many other things that make you happy. Have a wonderful weekend, sweetheart xoxo

I'm sorry you have to have pills forever, Georgia. And the vet trips are never fun. But I love love love your beautiful photos! Have a great weekend (and glad the storm will miss you)!
Georgia, we're sorry you have a thyroid problem. But we know the medicine will help you. And paws up for the storm missing you! Yay!
Glad that storm is leaving you alone...but its walloping pawppy's relatives in the DC area...sigh...
We hope your medicine will be furry helpful!
Got my paws crossed the weatherpeeps are right about that storm. We had enough snow, last year, to last us a decade. MOUSES!
Purrs,
Seville
Well, if you can make it to the vet and come away with only medication, it's a good day. Mom has thyroid issues as well, so you're all in good company.
And Bing, we have a winner, Maxwell Smart it is!
Roxy
Paws crossed your meds will be spot on the first time...and only one recheck! Two of us get daily pills and Mommy gets some exercize "chasing" us...
Sorry to hear about your thyroid, Georgia. We hope those meds do everything they're supposed to, right away. Enjoy your (storm-free ... yay!) time with Mom!
