Halloween Visitors!

Julie: On Halloween we had some visitors to our yard.
Mum caught this deer as it was leaving.
It is at the end of the driveway.
This was about 1:30 PM

Mum also saw some birds at the feeders.
Here is a Chickadee.

This bluejay liked the seeds as well.

Around 5:30, mum saw another(same) deer!

This time there were 2 deer!
One was looking at mum, but did not leave.
Mum was inside the porch.

They had a good time in the yard.

The pictures are not good as the window mum had to use
is double paned and the outside pane is broken.

Julie is expressing her feelings about the visitors.
She is most likely jealous that they are outside
and she is not.

Never fear, she did manage to have a short outing.
That will be another post.
Because we are off the beaten track and COVID
we had a quiet Halloween.
We (at least me) are happy these critters
decided to drop by!

At least those visitors weren’t noisy and demand candy!

What lovely visitors you had for Halloween! And looks like they enjoyed treats :-)
Julie, did you wanna go out for trick or treating?

I agree with Julie - the critters are getting treats and she should too. We also had a quiet Halloween, but we had our lights off so it was obvious we were not handing out candy and the one or two goblins we heard outside skipped by our house.

Sorry we're so late commenting! Those are some fine visitors. #1 says she misses the "Bue Bombers"! We suspect we have wild boars in the big field and, the other day, one of the cows got out and stopped by. She left a "souvenir"!

Julie and Mum, those are some nice Halloween visitors! Julie, don't be jealous. We bet those visitors bet they could get belly rubs and scritches and treats from Mum! :)
