Julie: Mum has seen two duck families coming
to our yard for seeds.
As you can see, the ducklings are getting big!
I spent some time relaxing on the ramp.
It's nice to just watch what's going on outside.
I do not go far as mum keeps an eye on me.
She wants me to be a tad nervous. I am.
See! She is always keeping an eye on me.
The kitchen window is next to the ramp,
and the door is only s few steps away.
Yup, the great outdoors is still a bit scary for me.

My human does not think I would be nervous enough if left off my leash. So I have to stay on it.
We have a duck family at my workplace too! 5 ducklings...
Glad you stay put and don't go running off into the dangerous unknown places.
We're glad you're wary and don't wander off, Julie. We hope you get more outdoor time this week! :-)
Julie, do what makes you feel comfortable.
You don't have to be like The PO'M, who is the King of the Yard!
Julie I am glad you get to visit outside but you're right to feel that fear about being outdoors. It is so much safer indoors!
What fun Duck TV you have, Julie! Our neighbor had a duck build a nest in his landscaping and there were 9 baby ducklings hatched. They haven't come back once they all headed to the water, but I see them swimming around sometimes. ~Ernie
Always a good idea to scope out your surroundings Julie ! Purrs !
You are such a good girl, Julia, not running off after the duckies!
Purrs,
Tama and Benny
It looks like you were carefully planning your next move.
Yes indoors seems the safer place to be…
Miss Yin here, I only go our in the fenced in backyard and sit on the porch unless the people are out in the front yard. Then I stay right with them. The rest of the cats roam all over the yard although they mainly stay in the azaleas. Mom says me and you look like twins right down to the white hairs on our chest.
Hope you are having a wonderful day, ~Miss Yin and family
Julie, you are just the best girl! My mom would not trust me to not get scared and bolt into our deep woods. That's a nightmare for her to think of.
It's best to be wary of the world, sweetie!
I'm glad you're enjoying the sights though sweet Julie!
Duck TV sure looks awesome, Julie. We are glad you are a little bit nervous about being outside. Stay safe, okay? Hugs to you and Mum!
You're a very Good Girl for not wandering off, Julie! We love seeing your little duck families.
You're such a good girl, Julie. Lexy and I would never stay put if we were outside. And you're so lucky to see duckies! They're adorable.
