Julie: Mum had some company this weekend so I
did not get out as much as I would have liked.
I actually did not want to go far, so I just lay in the doorway.
This way I am in and out and mum cannot close the door.
I like having options. Sadly this option does not
happen often. I am always ready to take advantage of
favourable situations!

Ha, good trick, Julie, to be half in and half out! Well, a kitty has to keep her options open for sure! :-D
That will teach your mama to spend more time with you, Julie!
Has she read any of Louise Penny's books?
I'm reading, "Still Life" which takes place in Quebec, and the characters are interesting and the story moves along nicely.
My favorite writer of Canadian stories is Kelley Armstrong's Rockton series, which takes place in Yukon. It's a bit rough, but what would you expect in the Yukon! *wink*
Very smart move…
You sure know how to relax and have fun out there sweet Julie!

Good job, Julie!
Well, that’s an interesting way to get what you want, Julie. :)
Julie, we are BORN with the wiles to lay on the threshold!!!
You are too funny. Glad you got to go out for a while. XO
I think lying in the doorway sounds like a great idea!
Keep trying to stay a step ahead of him. You almost had them by lying on the floor.
That is a great way to handle the door situation Julie. You can be in, and out, with Mom waiting.
Julie, you little imp!
Wow, that is a great tip, Julie. A girl's gotta have options, right? Hugs!
You are an EXPERT!
My (Marley) special skill is to stand half in and out of the deck door. I rejoice in hearing TBT say "go out or not". I finally choose only when he taps my back legs with a foot. And my decision is pretty much random... I love TBT dearly, but still, he is a plaything sometimes.
That is a smart move, Julie.
That's good thinking, Julie.
Smart move on your part, Jule!! LOL!!
Excellent catting!
