Julie: Hi friends. Mum and I are back in our home.
I have to go back to my Vet this week to
have my stitches out. I hope I am well healed as I am not
crazy about these things in my belly.
Good thing I don't lick too much or I might have to wear the
dreaded cone!
It is really rainy today.
This is the remnants of Tropical storm Nicole.
Needless to say, I will not be going outside to
search for tasty blades of grass. Phooey!!
Oh well. I would be cozy indoors than
outside getting soaked! I can get lots of scritches
too. I think that sounds best. I purr you are all
having a pawsome Saturday too!!!!

Julie, I am envious of your soft blue afghan for kneading your paws. I am not envious of your vet trip and stitch removal. Please do not dispare, soon it will be all gone fur-ever. No cone, no trips to the vet for a long time. We too got Nicole yesterday way up here in Ohio. Today we have snow flakes. I am under the bed until brunch time. Then I will watch the chipmunk out the door. Lynn will have to reach out in the cold to get me fresh nippy and my nose will stay warm. Precious
I'm glad you are getting those stitches out sweet Julie, you'll feel better without them in there. Hugs!
Good luck at the vet getting your stitches out, Julie. We've seen some kitties wearing onesies to stop them from licking at their stitches, but we're not sure how that would have gone over with you! (Derry has worn a soft, fabric cone, though, purchased from Amazon.ca.)
It's good your indoors and dry. We had heavy rain yesterday evening and overnight, remnants of Nicole, but it's dry and CHILLY here today!
Take care.
We're sorry that we missed your operation, Julie, but are glad you are home and hope you will feel much better very soon!
Purr,
The Chans
Sorry you have to go back to the vet. I hope you can get those stitches out. And I hope you are feeling better. XO
Julie, I didn't know you had surgery! I hope you are okay...good thing you're getting rid of those stitches. It snowed here today! Too soon for that stuff if you ask me. ~Ernie
I hope you have healed well. You will be glad to get those stitches out.
Sending you lots of purrs! Nicole's remnants visited us too.
I was barking at the rain last night.
We had rain and some snow here today...brrr!
I remember in 1963, on November 13th we had about 9 inches of snow!! Yikes, that was way too early even for Southern. Ontario!
Glad you are feeling good,Julie, andd we hope you can be relieved of all those stitches, soon.
Stay warm and cozy! Looks like your nice warm blanket will help.
Julie, we are sorry you have to go the vet, but it sure will be nice to get your stitches out, right?
How are you and Mum liking being back in your home?
XO
Yes, Julie, it is best to stay indoors when it rains! Purrs and hugs!
The only thing we like in our tummy is food. But, sometimes them stitches are needed. Hopefully yours will not itch at all. My, that rain looks terrible. And from that picture you seem to have high floods too! Better in and stay warm until spring ;)

Cheer up, Julie. Things could be worse. At least you were spared the Cone of Shame. And your stitches will be out in a few more days. If you get tired of the rain, you can send some to us. We never seem to get enough here, so the farmers tell us.
We are purring for you, Julie!
We're so glad you're getting those stitches out, Julie, you'll feel much better without them. Purrs
Can't wait to hear how you are doing and that you are all healed up.
