Oh How We Love a Sunny Porch!

Georgia: It has been a very cold week!
We had temperatures ranging from -18C to -12C*
with wind chills making it feel like -25C !*
Needless to say, we have not had much time on the porch.
I remember how nice the porch is. I wanted to relax.
Mom wanted pictures.

I lay down.

I gave Mom the"go away now" eye,

and decided to snooze anyway.
Your person tends to go away when you close your eyes.
They like to be able to see your eyes.

JJ spent some time sitting here before going off
to another spot to have a nap.

Even Julie enjoyed the sunbeams.

She likes to sit here and look out the window.

Treasure likes to be dramatic.
He is sitting in a sunbeam with the darkened room behind.

Where do you like to catch the sunbeams?
Where ever it is, we purr you have fun!
Happy weekend friends!

* -12C =10F
-18C = -0.4F
-25C  = -13F

We're not so sure the sunbeams will even help with this cold snap.

You all look great in your sunbeams, and I love that box! I was catching a few sunbeams on the dining room table yesterday.

Yikes, that is cold! I think the coldest it's been here so far was in the teens, but that was at night when we don't care anyway. Stay warm!

Chuck and Angel are staying well away from any windows during this frigid time, but Sweetie and Patty seem to be dealing with the cold well. Even though I worry myself sick over them, but the straw and shelter and warming pad seem to be working...crossing my fingers!

We have a screen porch too and that is where we sit.

The best (almost only) spot for sunbeams in our house is our bedroom (supposedly the human's bedroom). So we're glad you have lots of spots in your house for sunpuddles!

Stay cosy and have a great weekend.

Your porch is an excellent place to hang out.

That's a perfect box for a cozy cat bed. It's much warmer here 50 F during the day. I follow sunpuddles around the house but on a cloudy day I like to sleep in the closet on my favorite blanket.

Wow, it was really cold at your house. The sunbeams through the windows warms us up very nicely.Great pictures of all of you.
