Julie in the Sunshine!

Julie: October is moving along quite nicely.
The weather has been pretty good and there has been
lots of sunshine. I like sunshine. It feels so good
on my black furs. The view from this window is
nice and I get to watch the birds at the feeders.

I also like being on the porch. The sun is strong
there as well and I have a comfy place to sit.
There are also lots of windows if I want to watch what
is going on outdoors. It is a good life I have
and I know I am a lucky cat.

From the bedroom at the back of the house I can see
the deck. There are a lot of trees there.
Maybe that is why the squirrels like it so much too.
I would still like to chase them, but mum says "No"
Oh well. Such is the life of an indoor cat.

 Happy Monday friends!

I'd like to chase the critters and birdies outside too, but no, I am not allowed either; sheesh, peeps and their rules!

You sure had a lot of nice sunshine, Julie. We had clouds, wind rain and chill...I guess being inside isn't that bad afterall! MOL!

I watch the squirrels a lot, but I've never gotten to chase them either. When I do go outside on my leash, they make themselves scarce.

We have had sun the last few days too, but it is colder than usual being around 0C every morning. It is forecast to get warmer, but the rain will be back too.
Enjoy your squirrel watching in the sun.

Julie, do you know what the best thing about a housepanther with sun-warmed fur is?
It's the human hands who get to enjoy that furry warmth!

Julie, I swear, I about get as much excitement inside as though I was outside. I get all mad at whoever is in my yard and I scrub the window glass endlessly to tell the introoders to get lost!

Chasing critters would be fun, but not hunting is a small price to pay for the life of luxury. XO

Julie, it's wonderful that you have so many comfy places to rest in a warm sunpuddle and be amused by the outdoor critters.
