Julie in the Sunshine!

Julie: October is moving along quite nicely.

The weather has been pretty good and there has been

lots of sunshine. I like sunshine.It feels so good

on my black furs. The view from this window is 

nice and I get to watch the birds at the feeders.

I also like being on the porch. The sun is strong

there as well and I have a comfy place to sit.

There are also lots of windows if I want to watch what

is going on outdoors. It is a good life I have

and I know I am a lucky cat.

From the bedroom at the back of the house I can see 
the deck.There are a lot of trees there.

Maybe that is why the squirrels like it so much too.

I would still like to chase them,but mum says "No"

Oh well. Such is the life of an indoor cat.

I live window wiffies especially  when the

dai is warm and sunny.

JJ: Oh hello!

I'm just enjoying a little lay about here.

Julie: Oh hi mum! What are you doing?

Mum: Just making a coffee.

Julie: Aren't you happy to be home with me today?

Mum: Yes Julie, I am happy to be home today.

Mini holidays are fun and you have me for 2 more days!

Julie: Yay!  By the way, I need a hug.

Mum: Come here sweetie pie!!

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Hi friends! We had a pretty nice weekend.

It was quite pleasant with sun and warm temps.

As you can see, I was on the porch.

I have not been on the porch for quite a while because

it is pretty cool during the Winter and early

Spring. It is good for watching Critter TV too.

JJ likes to sleep more, but he does get up and has a 

wander around the house.

When he wakes up he is always interested in food.

That makes mum happy. Mum says his appetite is the best

of the three of us!

Julie loves to hangout near mum.

Mum was reading and Julie was waiting for tummy rubs.

She got plenty.

Julie still enjoys the porch and spends lots of time there.

Her appetite is still not 100%, but she is eating.

She is a happy cat and follows mum around.

As for Critter TV, Mr Groundhog stopped by again.

He even posed for this pic!

(actually mum was in the kitchen.If the groundhog

 saw her he would take off and hide. They are very nervous)

Georgia: Dang mum!

JJ: My eyesight is not the greatest but mum is 

really impressed with my appetite.

I love food!

I'm just not sure where the camera is.

Julie: Mum often sits in this chair to read.

When she gets up, I hop in!

Mmmmmm! Nice and warm. Heehee!

We had really nice weather this past weekend.

It was nice being on the porch!

The warm temps this past week really helped

melt the snow. WooHoo!

Mum looked out the window to the side yard and saw

Mr Groundhog!

We think he came to say Spring is finally here!

Warm Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Time to get up!

I hear the porch is sunny.

Oh yes it is. Mighty nice too.

A good day to watch what is going on outdoors.

Even though it is now Fall, there is still

plenty of warm days ahead.

 JJ: I also am on the porch in the sunshine.

Here, I am framed by little sister Julie's tail!

I must say, these old bones love the warmth of the sun.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Makes a guy feel like taking a nap.

I think I will do that now.

Naturally Julie loved the porch too!

Weekend Porch Time with Georgia

Georgia: It was a really nice weekend.

I decided to go out to the porch for a while.

I enjoyed window wiffies and just relaxing.

There is always something to see out on the porch.

JJ: I enjoyed the porch too. It's a great place for a snooze.

The sun is so warm. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Sometimes I have my younger sister Julie for company.

It was a good weekend!

Staycation Time !

Georgia: I am enjoying lots of window wiffies.

It is  great to do on such a sunny day.

I like sunshine on the porch.

I like having mum around too.

JJ and Julie are enjoying a bath.

They even posed for the camera.

 Then, it was time to snooze.

Mum saw this little spider with lots of baby spiders.

It's getting late in the season for baby spiders!

We are all happy because it is mum's staycation time !

Georgia: It was so nice this weekend that  had to go

out to the porch and enjoy the sunshine.

I said Hi to my brother JJ.

I then crawled up to the back of the couch.

I like hanging out up here.

There. This is a good spot. I already have a comfy towel here to lay on.

First I have to have a look around.

I even look inside the house too.

Gee! I wonder what Julie is doing?

She is not out here yet and it's sunny!

She is always out here in the sun!

Oh well, at least I am enjoying myself.
