Julie: Hello friends and happy Friday, the day that
gets the weekend started!
It is my favourite day as I love to have mum
home on the weekend with me.
I get to have lots of brushings, scritches, and snuggles.
Those are things that make me happy.
I think they make mum happy too.
Once again we are expecting snow.
It could be between 10-20cm(5-10 in).
Mum should be home before it gets too bad :)
When mum is home, we will have FUN!!!!!
Oh, I can't wait!!!!!
On Monday, we had some mixed weather and freezing rain.
We had some icicles hanging from the back of the house
and one fell off. You can see it below.
It's about a foot long. Good think mum does not
go out back in Winter.
There are lots of trees and the deck where
this icicle fell. Another reason to be an indoor
cat especially when there is snow.
I still have now put my paws in the snow.
I think it may be too cold, but maybe I will try
it sometime...maybe.
For now, I am content to have my FUN indoors,
away from the snow.

Oh dear, sure is a good thing your mum wasn't under that ice dagger when it dropped. A winter storm warning was threatening yesterday and dad was prepared to go out early and treat the hundred-mile-long driveway he has to take care of, but when he went out first thing it was only wet in spite of the mixed precipitation that was falling.
Those icicles can be dangerous! The biped remembers sucking on them when she was a young girl growing up in the country, though she sure wouldn't do that now. LOL.

That icicle was like a thrown javelin! Yikes! That happens here sometimes too and they come down with a huge clunk...make us pups think there is an intruder, LOL!
Hope you don't have too bad a snowfall. We had about 8 inches on Mon/Tues...
Trust us pups, Julie, snow is COLD!
Hopefully you don't get too much snow. Leaving some prints could be fun, but you'd need a warm towel to dry & warm your paws afterward.

We’ve got a lot of snow on the ground here but the weather peeps say it’s supposed to warm up this weekend so I bet a lot of it will melt. ~Ernie

Oh Brr! We have a ton of snow but starting yesterday it is warming up! And there are tons new birds so we are thinking maybe spring is coming! Stay warm and have a marvellously Happy Day!
Stay inside with Mum, Julie! It's warm, you get loving and snacks from Mum, and there are no falling icicles!
