We had a fun weekend!!

Mom was home!!!!!!!!

We got to play on the porch too.

JJ was sunning his tummy.

I had a nice relaxing afternoon.

It was great.

It made me feel sleepy too.

I decided to come inside and have a nap in a cozy spot.

Yup, you guessed it!! On the sleeping bag!!!!!!

So comfy and warm.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!

Just having a little relaxing time on the floor.

Mom was here to see us,but did not stay long.

Mom and her sister went to the valley to see

their Mom and another sister.

We did get lots of scritches and hugs

but it's not as good as having Mom home all the time.

All transit talks have broken down,

so we are back to square one!!

So, on day 33 of the bus strike,there

is no end in sight!!!

We are not happy.Neither is Mom.

We will post and visit as we can.

Oh boy, a box!!

Nah! I don't want to go in right now.

Wait, maybe I do!

Looks cozy...

OK!! I'm going in!

Mmmmmmmmm!!

Nope!! Changed my mind.

On the other paw...

Gee, I guess I really don't want to be in the box!!

I am exercising a girl's right to change her mind,

as often as I choose!!!!!

Our bus strike is still on.

Mom will be around,but not  with us

full time !! ::sigh::

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Mom says that the bus drivers are voting today on a 

contract offer. We hope they like it and say yes!

That would mean we get Mom back full time!

We miss not having her here all the time.

Keep your paws crossed.We will update tonight.

UPDATE:  Sadly, the union did NOT accept

the latest offer. We will not have Mom back full time

We will have a good weekend with her though!

Topsy Turvy

Hi friends, Tillie here.

I thought I should let you all know that we are still around.

We have not blogged for a while, because things are a bit

topsy turvy around here. You see, there is a

transit strike on here.  Mom does not have a car, 

and we live in the boonies. Just to get into town ,

is about 14km (8.6 mi ).To get to her work is

about 25km (15.5mi ).

Getting a ride there is not easy.

Mom is getting a ride from her sister and 

her hubby. As they live an hour away from us, 

Mom has to stay at her sister's house.

There is a lot of running back and forth

between houses.Sometimes Mom can only come 

here every 2nd day. None of us are happy, 

including Mom! There also does not

seem to be any end in sight, so we are not sure 

what the plans are for next week.

You can see mom  is making a coffee behind me.

She is drinking lots of that stuff!!!

We will try to at least visit you, blogging may

be harder.
