Snowy Finally Friday !

Georgia: On Wednesday, mum stayed home with us.

That is because we had our first BIG snowstorm!

Mum says we got about 30cm(12 in) of snow!

The good thing,she said, was that it was light

fluffy snow and easy to move.

Thursday was pretty cold.

Friday is starting out cold, but will warm up

during the day. 

So much in face that we are expecting rain on Saturday!

Mum says that will probably make a mess especially

when the temperature falls again over the weekend.

Did I mention how happy we are to be indoor cats?!

These mourning were glad mum moved the snow and 

put out seeds.They like cracked corn.

Our yard was a Winter Wonderland!

Thank goodness the snow was light and fluffy.

We are still very happy to be indoor cats.

As pretty and clean as that snow looks, mum says it  

would be pretty cold on our paws.

I like my paws warm and dry.

Julie: Once mum came back indoors,

 I thought it would be fun to play hide and seek.

Now you see me...

now you don't!!!  MOL!!!

What ever your weather this weekend, we purr you all 

will be warm and dry!!

Oh yeah... don't forget to have FUN!!!

Let's get this Weekend Started!

Georgia: Well, we had a warmer week with rain so almost 

of the snow is gone. Only where it is piled up can you see any

and the piles are not big at all.

Today is sunny and we should have daytime temps  in the 

warmer range through next week(0 to 5 C ) with sun 

and maybe some rain. Not typical February temps for us at all !

Naturally this mostly affects mum as we do not go outdoors.

We are warm and cozy all the time.

As you can see, I am quite cozy on this blanket.

Julie is cozy sitting on the chair.

She hopes mum will put the camera away and sit and read

so she can curl up on mum's lap.

JJ also loves the blanket. He is hoping he can convince mum to

give him some treats. As the oldest cat here(20) he is

not worried about calories. He just wants junk food .

Mind you, we all do .

Mum might be away part of Saturday to go to her

nephew's house warming.

That's OK, we will get plenty of snuggles when she comes back.

Monday Musings with Georgia

 Georgia: We had a pretty quiet weekend but it was fun just the same.

Mum stayed in with us as it was pouring rain outside.

I got lots of scritches and mum brushed me.

I love getting brushed, it feels so good.

JJ:  I enjoyed my weekend too.

Mum brushed me in order to keep fur matting under control.

Matts are not fun,especially when mum works to remove them.

I also had lots of good naps. I like those.

Julie had a good weekend too.

When she was eating breakfast,something outside

got her attention.

Maybe it was Earl!
