Friday Close Ups and Mum too!

Georgia: I am very happy that it is Friday.

I love having mum home on the weekend.

She likes it too as she loves hanging out

with us.

JJ: I am happy  too. As the weather gets colder, 

mum turns the furnace on.

It really feels good on my old bones.

Julie: I LOVE having mum home. 

She gives me great belly rubs and cuddles.

I like to sit on her lap when she reads her books.

I like to hang out with mum.

Mum: Some of you  on FB have heard that my brother 

was lost in thick woods for 4 days.

Search and Rescue came in to help search for him.

He walked out of the woods on day 4 and 

a man checking a water tower asw him and said 

"You're the guy they're looking for!"

After being checked out at the hospital, he was pronounced

healthy!

We gathered at Thanksgiving October 13 and this is a family

picture.Just 1 sister missing as she lives in Ottawa.

Good news, she is moving here next year!

Brothers in law are at the end.

My brother that was lost is 2nd from the right.

My sister in front on the right blogged as

"Team Tabby" They blog once in a while  as there

is only Mindy now.

Yours truly is beside her in front in blue.

We had lots to be thankful for this year and 

we are thankful every day for family!

Finally Friday!

Georgia: We are mighty glad today is Friday!

Mum was working a bit late this week  and was late getting home.

That meant she did not bother us with the camera  a lot.

We did not mind that part. MOL!

Julie: I am glad this week is over.

I did not like mum working late as I missed my 

mum time. I will make up for lost time this weekend though!!

One thing is for sure, we will make sure to have FUN!!!

Friday Long Weekend!!!!

Georgia: Happy Friday friends!

We had a pretty good week and now we look forward

to a pawsome weekend!

Why?

Because it is our Thanksgiving weekend!!!!!!!!

 JJ: That's right Georgia. Thanksgiving is here and that means

mum will be home an extra day!

That means  mote scritches and treats!!

Julie: I would like some treats now please!

I also would like belly rubs.

It is such FUN when mum is home for extra days.

This weekend will be FUN!!!!!!

Sunshine Makes Us Happy !

Georgia: I was not feeling  well last week

and had to visit the Vet.

Yes, I was a bit constipated again, but I feel great now!!

What does it mean when mum says pumpkin

is not just for Halloween?

JJ: It was pretty nice this weekend so I had

lots of sleep time on the porch.

It was so good.

I feel so ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Julie: Oh that sun feels good on my body.

My black furs really absorb the heat!

There is only one problem...

That sun is BRIGHT !!

Friday Close Ups

Georgia: Well it is Friday and we are happy.

It is the weekend and Mum will be home.

Woot!!

We like that as it means more mum time and lots of scritches.

JJ: I like having mum around as I love attention.

I also like scritches and treats.

I also like heat. As it will be a bit cooler this weekend,

mum may have the furnace on a bit.

Oh that sounds good!

Julie: I love weekend because mum is home and I love mum.

I sit on her lap when she reads.

I also love belly rubs,treats,scritches, warm sunshine,

the porch...pretty much everything!

Most of all, we all like FUN!!!!!

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Hi friends. Happy Monday!

We are happy that it is sunny and it was sunny

yesterday when we were on the porch.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Autumn!

The air smells so fresh but it is still warm.

 Julie and I really love window gazing and window wiffies.

Julie also likes sunbathing on the couch.

She really wants mum to give her belly rubs.

She is trying to tell mum to put the camera

down.Mum did and she gave Julie

belly rubs.

JJ likes to sleep lots. Guess he deserves it as he is a very 

senior kitty.

He also loves to eat. He eats his meals and he loves treats!

He also loves attention.

I live window wiffies especially  when the

dai is warm and sunny.

Oh yes, this is delicious!

JJ: Oh hello!

Mum: Just making a coffee.

Julie: Aren't you happy to be home with me today?

Mum: Yes Julie, I am happy to be home today.

Mini holidays are fun and you have me for 2 more days!

Julie: Yay!  By the way, I need a hug.

Mum: Come here sweetie pie!!

Let's Get this Weekend Started

Georgia: Happy Friday friends!

Another weekend is upon us and we are all

looking forward to it as we will all be home

and mum will be with us.

JJ: We are extra excited as mum will be taking  some

vacation time Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday too!!!!

Oh boy, more mum time!

Julie: Really?! You are taking more days off to be 

with me?!!

Mum: Well you and JJ and Georgia.

Julie: We're not going away again? WE are staying here?

Mum: Yes Julie,we are all staying here.

Julie: WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!

Well then, let's get this pawsome weekend started!

Happy To Be Home!

Hello friends!

We are happy to be back blogging again.

We were without power for almost a week due to

Hurricane Dorian!

We went with mum to her sister's place (home of

Team Tabby,though they do not post very often)

 We are very happy to be back in our own home!

JJ was happy to be n the porch for a good snooze.

Julie and Georgia are happy to be getting meals

in their familiar spots and also happy

to be able to wander around in their own home.

Georgia: I like being in my own home.It has familiar 

smells and  I know where everything is.

I was a bit nervous staying at Auntie's place.

Julie: I love being home too!

I like being in my own place and having my own routine.

There is no place like home!

We are all happy that there was no damage.

Just a few branches and the loss of power for almost a week.

Now I can really enjoy this sunshine!!

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you all had a good weekend.

Ours was pretty good and it was sunny and not too hot

We lazed around and got lots of scritches from Mum.

Mum also went off twice this weekend.

Saturday  with friends for lunch,

abd Sunday for a special event.

I will tell you about it on Friday.

JJ enjoyed some sunshine on the porch

He is really enjoying having his naps out there too.

Julie is really loving the windows.

She enjoyed watching and listening to these birds.

She could hear them too and she is happy to report they 

were only interested in the seeds and not annoying

cats ! MOL!

This is the event mum went to on Sunday.

We did not mind as it was  for a good cause.

Vacation is Over and We're Glad!

Georgia: Who are you?

Mum: Oh come on Georgia!

I dropped in most days and our friend Joe

came over to feed you.

It's not the same mum!

We were alone at night and we missed you!

Well, I missed you too. Lots!

I was just visiting family,especially those

from away.

Oh, OK then.As long as you're back!

Yes Georgia, I'm back!

JJ: Oh I hear a familiar voice...Mum?

Are you back? Oh goody!

Yes JJ, vacation is over and I am staying here with you.

Julie: I can't believe you left ME!

I know you dropped in, but you did not stay.

Well Julie, I know you do not like lots of people around

and there was a lot of family members visiting.

I'm back now and you can have lots of belly rubs!

Can I have one now?
 You bet!!

Oh, one more thing Julie, those relatives got you something.
Come and see.

Maybe this vacation thing is not so bad after all!

Mum: It was a great vacation! Lots of family visiting 

from out of province and lots of family to visit

around Nova Scotia. I am lucky to have someone I trust to 

look after my furkids.

They were as happy to see mt as I was to see them!

Close Up Friday and Mum is Super Happy!

Georgia: Today we are sharing close ups.

That is because we are excited!!!

JJ: That's right Georgia. We are looking forward to this 

weekend and the coming week. It's gonna be great!

Julie: It sure will be great. Know why?

MUM IS ON VACATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That will be so great! Mum will be home for a whole week

with ME!!!!!

Georgia: Um Julie, she will be home with ALL of us!!!!

Julie: Um, oh...right!!!

We are so excited!

This will be FUN!!!!!
