Hanging in there Monday

Georgia: I am still hanging in there.

I do not have an appetite and Mom is syringe feeding me.

I was up and looking good on Sunday, but still no appetite.

That worries Mom. I will pee, but no poop.

Guess I need to eat more for that to happen.

She says if I do  not eat, I have to g back to the Vet.

I'm trying, but...

Mom has a bag of clothes for Goodwill.

JJ thinks they are most comfy!

Purrs for Georgia and Happy May Day

UPDATE: 6:45 PM ( ADT)

Georgia is home.The stool was removed, so that is good.

However, the Vet found a mass between the small and

large intestines.The Vet was able to aspirate some cells

and also get a core biopsy sample.

These will be sent to a lab for analysis and results should 

be available late next week.

I will work on getting her to eat and monitor her output.

She is enjoying scritches and being home.

Thank you so much for all the good wishes and purrs.

Please keep purring for a good result from the lab.

Georgia is a sweet,sensitive, gentle kitty.

I am very attached to this kitty and want her to be well.

Julie: Happy May Day friends!

We are happy that it is Friday and the weekend is starting.

My big sister Georgia is at the Vet.

Mom had thought she was doing better,but Georgia fooled

her until Wednesday night.

When Mom came home from work, Georgia did not come

 and greet her. Nor did she come for dinner.

She looked sad and Mom knew she was constipated.

Mom has a suspicion, now she was sure.

The Vet was able to get a bunch of stuff(poop) out

but there was still some left.

She stayed in the hospital overnight. On Thursday she was

given medication and fluids and pooped a bit.

Just to be safe, Georgia will stay at the Vet's and Mom

will pick her up after work. 

I ask you to send some purrs so Georgia will feel better,

and poop  and eat so she can come home.

I know she is in a good place, but I want her to be OK.

I know I chase her a lot, but I do not want her to be sick.

Mom will update you Friday night when Georgia is home.

TGIF- Mickey Update

Hi, Georgia here. We are happy it is Friday

 and we get Mom time. That means more

cuddles and scritches.

Mom has been giving lots of attention to 

Mickey. He is still sleeping a lot and not 

wanting to do much else.

When Mom feeds him, he does keep his food down,

 so that is a good thing.

We all purr for out big brother.

He is a pretty cool cat.

We also ask that you purr for little KC and ML.

KC is feeling poorly and has breathing problems.

We also purr for all kitties who are not doing well .

We purr that all our friends have a fun weekend!!

Mancat Monday

I am not providing Mom with many

photo ops lately. I spend too much

time snoozing. Mom just fed me,

and I sat for a few minutes.

I had a drink, then went to lay down and snooze again.

Because I do not feel well, I do not want to 

do things. I just want to sleep.

I do ,however, feel your purrs and positive vibes.

I am a very lucky Mancat to have so many 

caring friends.

Tillie has found something most interesting!

Yuck, My Test Results

Well friends, I had my big ultrasound test.

They said I have a bit of fluid in my abdomen,

I also have a growth and that is not too good.

It makes me not feel the best.

Right now, all I want to do is sleep.

Mom is looking after me until I decide 

what I want to do.

One way or another,I will let you know what I decide.

 For now, I am going to sleep on it  and just have

some sweet dreams.

Thank you SO much for all your

 purrs and purrayers!!!

They have been making me (and Mom)

feel better.!!

 We hope to visit you all soon.

Mancat Monday

On Friday it was windy and pouring rain.

Mom took me to the Vet in that weather too!

I have not been feeling well.

I have no appetite either.

Needless to say, I lost some weight

since my visit last year(1.5lb)

Blood tests show an infection,but not the cause.

The Vet felt something near a kidney,

so now I need an ultrasound and 

a biopsy. This may happen Wednesday.

Maybe you can send me some purrs 

so I can pass this big test!!

Mom wants me to feel well and be happy.

I do too, but all I want to do lately

is sleep.

Mom will update you when she gets some results.
