Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Happy Monday friends.

Even though mum went back to work today, we are still happy

because we had a great time when she was home.

Our weather was crazy!

We had sun, then we got some light snow and the

temperatures were cold!

We had wind so there was a wind chill factor also!

Mum was really happy to be home!

This week there will be sun,rain and maybe a rain-snow mix.

The temps will be in the +C (centigrade) range

so that is good.

On the warmer days, we did get on the porch.

Julie was delighted!

A lot of days JJ and I napped together.

In this picture, you can see where JJ had some 

mats removed at his back end.

He is mat free and happy.

Mum heard back from the Vet and he passed his tests!

His Thyroid and kidney functions were in the good range,

do no increases in his meds is necessary!! WooHoo!

The best news is that mum has Thursday

and Friday off!

Did we mention that we love mum holidays?!

We wish all of you a great week !!!

Staycation is Over!

The reaction you get when you tell the cats you 

have to go back to work.

What?

What did you just say?

You're going back to work?!

Yup, it's true, I have to 

Dang!!!!

Last Friday of Vacation

Georgia: We have had a great week with mum when she 

was on vacation. 

We also had lots of sunshine except for Thursday when it poured.

I enjoyed lots of mum time with scritches and brushings.

I was so relaxed, I enjoyed lots of good naps on the porch.

Good think tomorrow is Saturday and we still have mum for 

a few more days..

We are happy we will have sunshine too.

JJ and Julie enjoyed snoozes on the porch.

Julie recovered very quickly from her dental surgery.

As you can see, she is quite happy.

JJ thought he might get more rest sitting on the back of the couch,

by himself.

He did.

Early Thursday morning, mum was in the kitchen getting our

breakfast when she looked out the window.

She saw Rocky Raccoon.

He really wanted the sunflower seeds.

He tried for a bit, then something scared him and

he ran away.

We really enjoyed our week.

Now, we are going to enjoy our weekend.

That means FUN!

Lazy Days of Summer

Georgia: We have been enjoying our staycation with mum.

We have enjoyed lots of snuggles,scritches and plenty of 

warm sunshine.

With my head in the shade, I don't have to squint.

Julie has also enjoyed snoozing in the sun.

Naturally, she loves to sleep on the porch.

So does JJ.

Treasure is the only hold out.

He loves this blankie on a bed.

He does not like being disturbed.

We will enjoy this weekend as mum goes back to work

on Monday. She does not mind as she still has vacation

left. We like that too.

Whatever you do, where ever you are

Finally Friday,Staycation Over

Georgia: Slurp,slurp.

Oh hi! We have been enjoying our week with Mom.

It's been great and we wish it would not end.

I got scritches and brushes and lots of Mom time!

JJ got to spend  time  with Mom fighting over space

on the desk and laying on the mouse and blocking

the monitor. He loved it!

Julie loved being in the kitchen window.

She pretty much follows Mom everywhere she goes.

Treasure had a great week too.

He likes checking all the food bowls.

Bonus! He found a crunchie that was left behind!

Hey! That's MY bowl. Did I miss that crunchie? Rats!

It was a good week and now it's the weekend.

We purr you all have a fun weekend !

Monday Musings with Georgia and Mom is Back!

Hi! Georgia here. I am ever so happy because Mom

is back from vacation!! Now I can get all the scritches I 

missed. I will sleep better too and I will have a little nap 

knowing all is right with my world.

Mom is still having some computer/electrical issues.

Maybe it is the modem.Lucky thing we got a new one

to hook up.

Even though it is hot, it is cooler inside and this sun feels

nice.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!

I love having Mom around !

Tillie is also happy as she gets to sleep in her box

on the porch!

Julie was on the porch too and loved it and Mom .

JJ is looking forward to scritches too.

Treasure was relaxing on the porch too.

He is always ready for scritches too !

While Tiger is happy Mom is home, she is ready for a snack!

Hurry up Mom !!

Stray Kitty was  happy to see Mom and he was relaxed

enough to have a snooze on the deck!

While Mom was visiting one of her cousins, she met her

cousin's kitty Lefko. His name is Greek for white.

Lefko's human Dad is from Cyprus.

Mom said he was very friendly.

This handsome kitty(can you believe Mom forgot his name? )

followed Mom and her sisters around her cousin's place.

Mom's cousin said kitty is due for major grooming!!

Bet kitty does not know ,heehee.
