Finally Friday!

Georgia: Well friends, I decided to end the year on a
disturbing note. My battle with constipation settled in
for another round. Mum quickly took me off to the Vet
on New Year's Eve.
Yup, I was a little blocked up, so I got an enema.
The Vet got 80% out and sent me home.
Mum got me set up in the bathroom for the night.

I took advantage of this opportunity to decorate the bathroom.
I did a pretty good job too.
I put some poop everywhere except the litterbox.
It was clean, so that is where I slept.
Sadly, mum cleaned up all my decorations.
The day after New Years day, I went back to the Vet
and she was happy  with how I was doing.
Mum's New Year resolution is to watch my eating and pooping.
Mums are really strange,right?
Really mum, I'm OK!

JJ: Mum says I am  great eater.
Just because I am heading into my 22nd year is no reason to
turn my nose up at food. I happen to like food and enjoy eating it.
Good thing too as it makes mum happy.

I am hoping she is happy enough to give me a little treat!
I like treats.

Julie: Mum giggled when she saw this picture.
She says it makes me look bigger than I really am.
I sat it is because of the lighting, camera angle and
my luxurious black furs.

I give her the stink eye as I think she should put
the camera down and  give me a little treat and a LOT of
scritches. I love scritches! And belly rubs... I love
belly rubs too !

The weekend is here and as usual we are looking
to have some FUN!
Today is mum's birthday(talking about OLD)
con so we should all be having some FUN!
Treats would be good too...right?

Well, I'm glad that you got that constipation taken care of, Georgia! But what a literal pain-in-the-butt! And that is awesome that you still have such a good appetite at your age, JJ! Binga's is good sometimes, and not-so-good others - the latter usually when my human is trying to add supplements to her food. She hates that.

I am glad your poop issues are resolved, Georgia. I remember how I used to creep after Flynn to check on the state of things when he headed for the litter box!
It is good to have a good appetite at your age,JJ.
That photo of you certainly does add a bit to you, but you do look lovely.

JULIE! If you could see what other favorite brother here did over Christmas you'd understand. He took a VERY unflattering picture of me and compared it to a coin from another Continent where there is a person with flowing and a VOLUMINOUS robe on! He wants Mom to post both in my blog. HUMPH!

JJ...my mom has a serious crush on you. You are a dear handsome mancat at your present mature age!

Georgia, your mom's giving you something to help. Be a good girl and take it. Please.

Happy birthday to your mom! We hope she has a fabulous day and that you all have a terrific, vet-free weekend.

Note from the human: I keep RestoraLAX on hand just in case. I've had to use it a few times with Nicki, about 1/8 tsp or less per day (I mix it with his canned and top it off with FortiFlora.) Usually Nicki's probably is the way, though. I've also used it a few times with Derry over the years. It usually takes only a couple of doses to work.

Georgia, we're sorry you had to go through that but got a big kick out of your overnight endeavors! It's too bad moms don't appreciate that kind of talent!

Happy Birthday to your Mum!!! Cody used to have issues with constipation and after the first HUGE vet bill, I started giving him a 1/4 tsp of canned pumpkin (100 percent pumpkin), that gets things moving! I keep a close eye on his stool.
