Let's Get This Weekend Started!!

Georgia: Happy Friday friends!

Last night I got some treats.

Yes I am a bit spoiled.

As you can tell, they were lip smackin' good!

Julie got some tooShe is enjoying her treats on the

new rug mum got for Christmas.

She likes it a lot especially as there is a black cat on it.

Not a lot of things feature black cats.

Julie also told mum to stop surfing the net and

get our blog post ready.

Good thing mum listened to Julie.

We hope your human listens to you and does what you want.

Most times they do, but sometimes they think our demands 

are too much. Seriously?!

Anyway, we purr you all have a FUN weekend!!!

We will be looking forward to much milder temperatures.

Well, mum will. It was a cold week.

We were nice and cozy indoors.

Finally Friday

Georgia: I am glad it is Friday. This week was a bit cool and 

mum says that it will be warmer this weekend and next week.

It's about time as it is the end of April.

However, mum says Saturday might have a little rain with it.

Oh well, as long as mum is home and I can get lots of scritches 

I'll be happy.

JJ: I am happy it's Friday too.

I love to snooze and the porch is comfy as long as it is warm.

Mind you, I can sleep almost anywhere.

I also sleep better when mum is around.

Julie: I am looking forward to porch time!!

I hope it is warm and sunny as mum comes on the porch to read.

When she does, I like to sleep in her lap.

 I  curl up in her lap anywhere she decides to read , 

but the porch is most fun.

One evening when mum was coming home from work, 

she heard a noise that startled her.

This is what she saw!

The deer was also startled and ran back in these woods. 

Mum went indoors and looked out the kitchen window.

Sure enough, the deer came back.

Here he is running across the driveway.

Turns out there were two deer!

They ran across the road  into these woods and up the hill.

Mum has lived here for about 10 years and this is only the 

3rd time she  has seen deer and all of these times have been

in the past 2 years.

They are bigger than us so we are glad they are outdoors!

 Well, time to get this weekend started!

Finally Friday !

Georgia: After our supper, mum gives us treats.

Sometimes we have to send Julie to find and remind

her that it is treat time.

Most often,mum remembers.

Mmmmmm,treats are good.

 After eating, it is important to drink plenty of water.

We all love drinking our water.

JJ: The highlight of my day is treats!

If you put any more out mum, don't forget me!!

Julie: Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Those treats were great!

Today we are getting lots of rain.

Mum says it will stop on Saturday and we should

get some sunshine for the rest of the weekend.

Not only that...it will be much warmer!

WooHoo!

Finally Friday

Georgia:I am ready for the weekend.

After a week with  cool, snow/freezing rain,warm temps

freezing cold temps and coolish temps today I am 

looking forward to the weekend as mum says it will

be warm and cloudy on Saturday  and sunny on Sunday.

That means I might join Julie on the porch as it will be 

warm  for a change.

Gee, I hope that weatherpurrson does not change the forecast

unless it's for the better!

JJ: I like weekends too. Mum is around and I get lots

of scritches  and some treats.

Mum likes that I pose for her.

I like to please mum.

I'm a pretty easy going guy and don't get too excited about stuff.

Maybe that's why I managed to get to 19 years old.

Mum is not sure of my birth month, but this year, I will turn 20!

While I like to sleep a lot I do not feel like I am 20 .

I am still pretty healthy.

Julie: I love weekends and I love to spend time with mum.

I like to be near her and I sleep in her lap when she reads her books.

As you know, I also like my porch.

I really hope it will be warm this weekend so I can go out 

on the porch!

It IS going to be warmer on the porch isn't it mum?

Oh Julie, I hope so. I;m tired of the cold too.
