Wordy Wednesday

As many kitties know, it is Winter in the Northern Hemisphere.
Usually, areas closer to the North Pole experience cold and snow.
This year, many kitties in traditionally warmer climates are
getting snow and cold, some for the first time!!
We thought we would share with you some of our ways of keeping warm.

Here, Tillie is on a cozy pad on a chair.
This works best if you have a furnace and it is on.
(turn it up high if your Mom lets you!)

If it is sunny, you can sit in the sunshine(indoors).
Here, Georgia is on the porch.
The screened windows have clear plastic on them.
However, if it is windy, then you have wind chill !!

If there is wind chill, then it is best to come in the house
and snooze under a blanket like Georgia.
(smart girl)

My favourite way to keep warm is to sleep on
the floor vent sometimes when the furnace is on.
Mom keeps the temperature down when she is at work!!! humph!!!
My new fave way to stay warm is to snooze on this heating pad!!

Oh man, it is SO warm and cozy!!!

I can even have a warm bath,heehee
Sadly, this fine device is NOT on when Mom is away!
This purple sleeping bag is also very cozy and warm too.
It holds body heat well so you can stay warm.

The ideal is to have your Mom/Dad stay home
to keep these devices running, or to have a personal
servant to attend our every need ,heh,heh

I hope these pointers help you all to stay warm and cozy!!!!!!

Hi friends!!! I am giving an update today.
It is good news too. Then Vet lady said that I am doing pretty
well for a Mancat of 16 years!
My liver enzymes are up a bit, but not as much as they were
back when I had the ultrasound, so that's good.
The other concern was my thyroid,but that was normal!!
Over all I am doing well and am reasonably healthy.
I just need to finish those darn pills!!!! Yuck!
They do not taste good, but they are helping.
I am not sneezing nearly as much. I am
however,sleeping more . That's OK.
That's what we cats do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to thank everyone who purred for me.
Those purrs sure helped and we appreciate it very much!!!!!!!!!
Now,I think I will have another snooze.
Zzzzzzzz...

Sunny days are great.
There are lots of things you can do in the sunshine.

Mickey: You can sit and soak up the sun.

Georgia : You can find a cozy box and have a great snooze!

Tillie: You can just stand in the sunbeams and try to decide what to do next.

We hope you can find some sunbeams!!

Mickey: Well, I think I will go in and have a snooze.
I don't want to nap on the porch.

Mom!! Open the door, please.

Mom? Are you in there??
I want to come inside!

It's Hump Day!! That means something to many beans!
To us,it's just another day in paradise,heehee
I am looking at Mom early in the morning.
She is bringing my breakfast.

Georgia is on he lookout for that BIG spider I think!!!!
If you see it ,Georgia,don't tell Mom!!!!

Tillie is just soaking up the sun!

In June,our friend Luna's person was in Japan for a short visit.
While there,he visited the Gotoku-ji Temple and saw many 'cats'
known as maneki nekos.
Mom saw a Japanese restaurant and this is the window
on the street.

This is a cute cat. It has spots, so it must be a boy.
I think he is a left pawed kitty,hehee

It is really nice to see sunshine today.
That's because we had heavy rain on Monday.

Yup,we love sun. It was nice all weekend.

We do think, however ,that Mother Nature
is playing games with us.

She showed us that the daffodils
are starting to come up.

They are getting bigger.

Then, she covered them with snow Monday night!!
Can you hear her laughing?

It was not even April Fool's either!!!
