Julie: Guess what? Saturday night we had a big
thunder and lightning show! It rained pretty hard too.
the rain lasted so long (overnight) that it took away all the
snow!
How about that?
Mum thought it was OK and I bet the birds that come
to the feeders liked it too.
I don't think anything would keep Earl the Squirrel away
from the seeds though. Critters still
have to eat...right?
When we had the big snow, I showed you a
picture of a "snow bird" on the railing of the back deck.
It was on Friday's post.
Our pawsome friend and fabulous artist
Ann(Zoolatry ) saw it and made this
fabulous arty picture!!!
It's really cool right?!!
Mum and I really like it too!
Thank you Ann !!!!!
This week will be sun, some rain near the end of the week
and Saturday...flurries.
It's that time of year when the weather is cooling off
and winter is coming.
For now, we will enjoy as many snow free days as
we can get!!!

I like snow that stays over like a polite guest and is gone in a day or two.
That is a cute artwork from Ann. Too bad all your snow is gone. It's so pretty. We're getting a good rainstorm here the next few days.
That wild weather was here on Friday night. Miss Ann sure made you some really fun art with your 'snowbird'! Our snow has gone away, too...and ts above freezing, even right now.
It sounds like you won't stay snow free for long!
That is a cute picture of the snowbird that Ann made for you.
Those are wonderful photos.
You did have a crazy-weather weekend, Julie. We had a deluge of rain Friday night/early Saturday AM, then of course our damaging windstorm Saturday night. Whew! Here's hoping we both have "tamer" weather for a bit.
BTW, the photo art Ann did for you is great; we love it! :-D
So glad you are all OK and snow free at least for now! What a darling graphic Ann made for you!
We're glad you're all OK ! Stay warm ! Purrs
THe weather sure has been wacky everywhere it seems.
The Ann art is really cool sweet Julie! I hope you get plenty of snow-free days.
Ann did a nice job. We had a lot of wind too, I am glad we didn't lose power. Have a nice week. XO
OH my Julie, Earlwill never give up. And as you said, critters gotta eat too.
Our mom got caught in thundersnow one night last year. It was the weirdest thing--it came up out of nowhere! Thankfully she was close to home. Glad you were inside when it happened to you, Julie!
We love that snow bird! Ann sure is talented!
Those skwerrils can be determined!
Hi Julie! Your weather sure sound crazy. We are glad you and Mum are okay!
We like what Miss Ann did on that snow bird picture.
XO
Delightful image by Ann, Julie!
Yes, it's the time of year when the temperatures may swing wildly, then snow or rain, then sun or windy.
I just put my head down and wait for SPRING!
Ann is so talented! The weather has been really crazy lately.
