Another Monday in Lockdown

Georgia: Happy Monday friends.

We are still enjoying having mum at home, but we

have not gotten used to the picture taking.

Sounds silly after all these years, but there it is.

Oh well, mum likes a challenge.

Julie: Not too much is going on at the moment.

I just like hanging out here on this fuzzy mat.

I can relax and keep an eye on what mum is doing.

I also get lots of scritches too!

The other day, mum saw this deer in the yard.

The deer realized she was there and started to run!

Deer: You're not going to chase me are you?

Mum: Nope! Just want to take pictures of you.

Things are pretty quiet here and as a result we

get to see more wildlife. Mum likes that as she is often

 away at work. Being home allows her to see

all the friends that visit our yard.

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: I like to go out on the porch.

There is usually lots to see. It is also warm there.

It is hard to relax though, when mum is there with her camera.

I did relax when she left though!

JJ also enjoyed the warmth of the porch and prepared for a nap.

Treasure did a lot of wandering around.

He tends to be the nervous type and does not like to 

pose for pictures. Mum has to be quick.

Julie also enjoyed her time on the porch.

Lazing on a Sunny Afternoon

Georgia: Hi there! As you can see, I am on the porch

having a nice time relaxing. It is comfy and warm.

Those are good ingredients for Summer snoozing.

JJ has already discovered this and is well on his 

way to a good snooze.

Our furcousin Cookie is staying in the bathroom.

It is the safest place for him as he is mostly blind.

He is waiting for mom to give him scritches. 

Mom saw our other furcousin Mike  on the ESS early

in the morning and took his pic.

In the afternoon when it was getting close to suppertime,

 he was in the kitchen hoping to convince mom to hurry up 

and  feed him . Like us, Mike loves to eat!

Back on the porch, Treasure is looking very intently at something!

It was Julie, snoozing in a box!

Random Picture Friday

Georgia: It's been a pretty quiet week around here.

Nothing exciting happened,just an average week.

I'm just relaxing on the chair. I also like to sleep

on the bed.

JJ is sitting on the edge.Maybe he is waiting for something

to happen, or maybe just looking.

Julie is just sitting on the bookcase.

Maybe she is waiting for a phone call, but from whom?

Treasure is just hanging out.

He is sitting on top of a litter box.

It is in a little nook and he likes that.

Last weekend, Mom saw this sunrise.

Yesterday, we had some snow.

Mom has not taken down the Christmas lights yet.

She is lazy. She did turn them on for this pic though.

 So there you have it. An ordinary week.

Now it is the weekend and we like that.

It means Mom time and scritches.

Relaxing with Georgia

Georgia: Mom moved this chair into the living room.

It is pretty comfy, so I decided to claim it.

Sometimes I just like to watch what's going on.

Finally Friday

Georgia: Here is an idea of what we like to do when Mom is 

not home, and shortly after she does come home.

The lump.

It's me!

I love to crawl under blankets and have a snooze.

It is so warm and cozy,especially when Mom turns

the heat down when she is at work .

JJ loves to steal mom's computer chair when she gets up.

It is a running battle between them.

Julie likes any excuse to go out on the porch.

She also likes to be wherever Mom is.

Treasure loves to sleep.

When he is in the same room as Mom, so much the better.

What do you like to do when your people are not around

or when they  just come home?

Georgia: I like to relax on this bed with a blankie on it.

I do not like when Mom disturbs me with the flashy box.

I especially do not like it when she cuts off my ears in

the picture!

There, this is much better.

JJ is either waiting to go on the porch, 

or hoping it is close to suppertime.

I am thinking suppertime !

Treasure is hoping for supper too.

Finally Friday

Georgia: This weekend I may spend some time in this box.

JJ: I will hand out on the porch, but stay close to the door

in case Mom does something exciting in the kitchen.

Julie: I will be on the porch because I love Critter TV !

Treasure: I will hang out in the kitchen, or any place that

Mom hangs out. I like to keep an eye on her.

Just Hanging Around Friday

Georgia:  Well it's Friday, and it is a bit rainy. Not as rainy as it

was yesterday though! That means we are just hanging out.

Tillie: That's right Georgia, no sun today. That makes it hard to

snooze in the sunbeams,so I guess I need a cozier place to hang out.

Tiger: Where to sleep,where to sleep? It has to be warm as my

arthritis makes my hips sore. Oh, I see a big pillow I can curl up in!

Treasure: What are those kitties doing over by that ess?

They look a little "blissed out" !

Julie: Hey JJ, Mom put some fresh catnip on the ess!!

Oh boy!! This is good!! Gotta rub all over.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

JJ: Oh yeah! Nothing gets you through a rainy day like fresh catnip!

Mom got a nice stash from our furcousins.

It is sooooooo good.

With some pawsome 'nip,we will have a happy weekend.
