Up and Down Winter weather!

Julie: This window id a great place for dining.

It has a nice view because it is  one of two

windows. In other words, it is in a corner.

It provides great views when I am dining.

It is a good place to wash your face too.

MOL!

I like to sit on the desk to make sure mum does

my blog the way I like. She is a good

secretary even if her typing is not fast.

Our snow is going away slowly.

Today is above freezing and it is raining.

That helps get rid of snow.

It is not good for people that want to skate on the lake.

 This week is going to be crazy weather wise.

It will be warm and  at the start of the week, 

then cold near the end of the week.

We will see rain, sun and snow.

I will have to wait and see if that changes during the week

I am not too concerned as I am indoors and

it is always nice and cozy inside!

Snow,Rain and Indoor Cats!

After all the snow on Wednesday, this is what is left.

We had  lots of rain since Friday.

Sunday was rain and freezing rain.

Today there is some sun, but it is cold again.

The Sunday rain did not deter these ducks from coming

up for some seeds.

A rainy day is purrfect for taking it easy.

I am quite good at taking it easy too.

Julie: Do you want to know what I'm going to do?

If you guessed watching for those silly squirrels

you would be right!

Not even rain will keep them indoors!

That's why they are silly.

Why get wet if you don't have to,right?

Finally Friday and Long Weekend!

Georgia: Hi friends. Well, it's Friday again and that

means the weekend and Mum time. This weekend

we have Mum for an extra day as Monday is a holiday.

We are celebrating Heritage Day.

This is gonna be fun!

 Julie: That's right Georgia. We also hope to get some

porch time. Mum says it will be cloudy 

Saturday and Sunday and we will get another 10cm of snow.

Monday should be sunny though.

If it's not too cold we should get on the porch.

JJ: While we like the porch, we are just happy to hang

out with Mum. She gives great scritches and 

belly rubs!

Treasure: I also like more Mum time.

I like to be near her too and get some attention.

She already had paths to the bird/squirrel feeder.

While we will get snow this weekend,

it is supposed to rain next week!

This Winter has been very strange.

Earl the Squirrel  will be happy for these!

In Canada,labeling is done in French and English.

Earl loves the sunflower seeds.

Visiting birds like the other seeds.

Our Chickadees love the sunflower seeds too.

No matter what kind of weather you have this weekend.

What a Difference a Day Makes

Georgia: Mom was mighty happy that she was off work

on Monday because it snowed!

Ooooooo! Look at all that snow!

It reminds me of last year,except it is not nearly as deep.

It is dark when Mom gets home.

As you can see, we had rain that washed away the snow!

No snow left in our area. It was really windy last night too!

Lots of areas lost power. We did not, and we are happy 

about that.

Just shows what a difference a day makes.

Since Mom was good enough and busy enough to not

bother us with the camera, we had a good week!

Today is rainy, Saturday will be snowy,Sunday and Monday

will be sunny and Tuesday has a 40% chance

of rain or snow.

We are looking forward to better luck with weather in April !

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Hi friends. How was your weekend?

Did you have good weather or stormy?

Did you have snow and rain? We did!

JJ: That's right Georgia. It rained yesterday and the snow got

all wet.Mom was out moving the snow before it can freeze.

It will do that Tuesday as it will be a cold day.

At least I have some good TV to watch!

Bird TV is on and I am watching the Duck show !

Mom says those ducks are like Hoovers sucking up the seeds!

They did not mind the rain.

This deck is off our porch at the front of the house.

You can see that it is wet. It is clean too, because Mom moved

the snow.

 Treasure: Hi everyone. I want you to know I am feeling well

and I have a good appetite after the operation to remove

my teeth. I have been enjoying all the stinky goodness Mom is

giving to me. I want to say Thank You as well for all

your purrs and good wishes!
