Tillie:  Mom will be here after work and we can get

lots of scritches and treats! We will also be able to 

wish her a Happy Birthday !

 She says she does not need any gifts from us

because we are her gifts! Smart Mom :)

 

 Georgia: Mom is still looking after our furcousins who

live an hour away. She spends time at their place and

comes to see us too,just not every day because it is

a lot of driving in Winter. We have our friend Mr J

who comes by every day though and he likes kitties!

Where is Mom ?

Tillie: Well!!! This new year is not off to the best start

as far as I am concerned! Why, you ask?

BECAUSE MOM IS NOT HERE!!!!!
We have a nice sitter and Mom will be in to see us  fairly often.

She is staying at Team Tabby's place and she is looking after

our furcousins. Why? I'll let my furcousins tell you.

 

 Mindy: Mom and Dad have gone off on a vacation.

They are spending it with Dad's brother and his wife,

who have a place in Florida.

You may recall that they did this last year too !

I do not mind Aunty being here, because she gives me

good scritches and belly rubs.

 Mike is getting used to the idea.

So is Cookie.

 And who is this?

 They are all getting used to Aunty being here because they

know they will be fed!! Those boys just think about 

their tummies all the time!!

 It was stormy when Mom and Dad left and their plane 

was delayed for a day. They are happy to leave snow behind!

That is because they will be going on a cruise 

while they are away!!!!! They will be on this ship and going 

to places nice and warm!

Gee, they could have stayed indoors like us and be warm.

Though sometimes they have to go out in the cold to get 

our foods and theirs too.

 

Mindy: Have fun Mom and Dad,but hurry home!

Tillie: Um, Mindy, they will not be home for 6 weeks!

Easy, Messy Sunday

Well, today is a very messy day  if you are outside.

It was snowing,then raining and snowing again!

Yesterday, it looked like this.

Today, it looks like this!

 Then,it started to rain.

If you look closely, you can see raindrops on the branches.

The lights are still glowing through the snow.

 Treasure is not very impressed with the snow.

I think he is going to have a big snooze.

I just might do that too!!

Thankful Thursday

It is a little cold these days and tomorrow will be the first

day of Winter.That means the cold will be here to stay.

I am thankful for the vents in the floor that send up warm,blowing 

air when Mom turns the furnace on. Oh what a wonderful

place to snooze !! 

I am also thankful that Mom finally made our

Christmas card!!!

Last Monday, I sent you to House Panthers to see Tillie playing

with a catnip toy made by a lady at Mom's work.

Well, now it is my turn to play with the toy!!!

Oh boy!!! I gotta tell you that this toy is pawsome!!!!

Sunrise Cats

We like to relax and sleep in on Sundays after we get Mom up

 very early for breakfast. We even let her go back to bed 

if she wants,heehee

 One morning the rising sun was shining on my furs and Mom

had to grab a picture. She thought I looked  so good  in

the orange glow of sunrise. She was right!

Looking out the window, you can see the rising sun.

There were clouds that made the sunrise look  really neat.

Treasure was interested in the sunrise too.

Mom loved the intense lighting of the rising sun.

Monday Musings with Georgia

Hi friends, I'm Georgia and I have a confession to make.

My brother JJ is a little, well um, nuts.

 You see he was visiting some other bloggers and came upon our

friends Amar and Luna at Catsynth.

They had a video of a kitty and a turntable and JJ was 

very fascinated. So mush so, he started to paw the monitor 

and even tried to bite the kitty on the screen !!!!!!!

Finally Friday

Georgia: Well, it's Friday again and we are looking forward to

 two days of Mom time. Mom is happy too as the weather was 

crazy this week. It was sunny  and rainy and warm and cold !

Wednesday was warm and Mom got wet in the rain coming home.

Thursday was cold and there were snow flurries falling!!

They did not stay. Today is sunny and cool and we will be 

getting more rain this weekend. Good thing Mom will be

indoors with us!!

 Now, lets see what my siblings are up to.

Julie is in the kitchen looking out the window.

There are always birds and even Earl the Squirrel around.

Looks like she is trying to find a way to go play with them.

Forget it Julie! Not going to happen.

Tiger is relaxing on a comfy pillow on the floor. It is easy for

her to get on as she does not have to climb anything.

She likes it a lot.

Treasure is just sitting on the floor watching what is going on,

even behind him, heehee.

JJ appears to be thinking about where to go and have a nap.

For now, he is watching what Tillie is doing.

Tillie is checking out her mouse.

She has the mouse in a deathgrip !!

Oooo!! She is sending laser eyes to any cat that even thinks

 about trying to get her mousie !!!
