Monday with Julie and JJ

Julie: Well, we made it through the better part of 

Christmas without snow. In fact it was even warm.

Sunday though was another matter.

It snowed!

Earl did not mind because Mom put out some seeds.

He was happily eating them too.

We got a really cool present for Christmas!

We got it from our furcousins at Team Tabby!

Mom got this at a craft fair years ago.

It can lay flat,

or you can move the pieces out.

Great for storing.

Monday Musings with Georgia

Georgia: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Oh hi! Am I on a pillow?

Yes I am and it is most comfy.

I get a really good sleep here !

It was a pretty good weekend too and Mom is

off today as well.That is good too.

Treasure enjoyed some time on the porch.

It was sunny and cold outdoors,

but warm on the porch. 

 JJ enjoyed the porch too.

Here he is showing you that he still has some teeth left.

Mom did go out yesterday to a birthday party.

It was for her nephew, Tall Son. As you can see he likes the

Star Wars card and what was inside!

Julie enjoyed the early morning sun yesterday.

She has a few concerns.

Happy Friday

Julie: We are happy today as Mom is off 

and she will be off Monday!

Don't worry Mom, I won't bite the tree or Santa.

Sheesh, I only did it once or so.

Yesterday, my brother JJ was at the Vet.

They stole 7 teeth!

He is relaxing today and is doing well.

He even ate dinner and breakfast.

He is sleeping a lot today, but I am glad he is OK.

He is, after all, almost 19!

What a Difference a Day Makes

Georgia: Mom was mighty happy that she was off work

on Monday because it snowed!

Ooooooo! Look at all that snow!

It reminds me of last year,except it is not nearly as deep.

These pics are from last night.

It is dark when Mom gets home.

As you can see, we had rain that washed away the snow!

No snow left in our area. It was really windy last night too!

Lots of areas lost power. We did not, and we are happy 

about that.

Just shows what a difference a day makes.

Mondays with Georgia and Our Christmas Card

Georgia: Mom was pretty lazy in taking pictures of us.

She waited until dark when the light is no good.

As you can see, she used a flash to get

Treasure and I  having a snooze.

Mom, I don't like the flash!

Mom opted not to use the flash in taking a pic of JJ.

He is looking out onto the porch. 

The lights you see are our outdoor lights on the railing.

Look closely and you can see Mom's reflection in the window too.

Lucky JJ was not blinded by any flash!

Neither was Treasure!

Julie is looking toward the kitchen.

I'm hoping she is going to ask mom for treats.

When she does, we all get treats!

Mom did work on our Christmas card this weekend.

Mom is Using up Vacation Days!

Mom is using up some vacation so we get to have her home

until Tuesday!

Oh boy, lots of scritches,treats and cuddles!

Busy Weekend with Georgia

Georgia: Sunday was nice and sunny and the porch was warm.

It felt good to have those sunbeams on my furs.

They made me feel sleepy.

JJ enjoyed the sun spots too.

Treasure slept all day but showed up at supper time.

Mom got out the decorations and started to set them out.

There was a crowd of nutcrackers.

Kikes, more nutcrackers.

These ones are smaller though.

This is a pewter fireplace with a dog and cat.

Can you see the clock? 

It's almost Christmas time!

Mom put a Santa on the door to welcome people.

The lights are outside too.

This year, Mom is using white.

Some of her other lights are wearing out.

She may put some indoors.

Julie had  fun this weekend helping Mom.

At least she thinks she was helping Mom. Heehee!

Georgia: For today's post, we are presenting pictures

from Dec 3, 2012

While I am younger here, I have not changed in looks very much.

Julie had been here for 5 months.

She looks like she is quite settled in here and decided early

on that the porch was her favourite place to be.

JJ  has not changed too much though he is 18+ years old now.

Treasure shows the most change.

He is also 18+, but his furs have mats and he does not

like Mom working on getting them out!

He is still quite active and has a very good appetite.

Hey, it's also Friday and that means the weekend is here.
